A display device includes: a gray converter which adds compensation grays to input grays to provide output grays; a data driver which provides data voltages corresponding to the output grays; and a display panel which includes pixels which receives the data voltages, where the gray converter includes: a voltage domain converter which converts the input grays into conversion grays; and a compensation gray calculator which calculates the compensation grays based on the conversion grays.

Display device and driving method thereof

A display device and a driving method thereof are disclosed. The display device includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels connected to data lines; a data driver connected to the data lines and configured to determine first data voltages corresponding to the pixels, to generate second data voltages by adding a compensation voltage to the first data voltages, and to supply the second data voltages to the pixels through the data lines; and a crosstalk compensator connected to the data driver and configured to calculate the compensation voltage by comparing the first data voltages corresponding to pixels disposed in at least three adjacent horizontal lines.

A display device includes: a data driver for providing data voltages to data output lines; a data divider for coupling the data output lines to data lines; and a data compensator for compensating data voltages based on a load difference between data voltages in adjacent pixel rows.

Display device including data divider

A display device includes an image controller that analyzes first image data to determine whether a same image is displayed for no less than a predetermined threshold time. The image controller sets a low grayscale region having grayscale values of no more than a predetermined threshold low grayscale value when the same image is displayed for no less than a threshold time. The image controller then receives second image data and transmits a control signal to allow a transistor hysteresis reset signal to be transmitted to pixels of the display in the low grayscale region. A data driver transmits the transistor hysteresis reset signal to the pixels in the low grayscale region based on the control signal.

Display device and method of driving the same

An organic light-emitting display includes a display unit including a plurality of pixels; and a controller configured to correct first image data having a first gray level, which is included in image data, to have a second gray level higher than the first gray level, wherein the controller is configured to correct the first image data at intervals of N frames, where N is an integer of one or more.
