A camera module includes a lens barrel having at least one lens disposed in an optical axis direction, a housing having the lens barrel disposed therein, and a case coupled to the housing to cover the outer surfaces of the housing. The case may include at least one of a protrusion part protruding inwardly from an upper edge of the case, a coupling forming part protruding outwardly from the upper edge of the case, and a coupling part protruding from an outer surface of the case. The protrusion part, the coupling forming part or the coupling part may be formed integrally as one piece with the case.

Camera module

Disclosed herein is a camera module including: a lens part including a lens; a housing having the lens part coupled thereto; a bracket coupled to the housing; and a shaft mounted in the bracket and driving the lens part and the housing.

A camera module package. A housing is provided with a lens barrel having at least one lens contained therein. At least one IR filter is also provided in the housing. A board, which is assembled to the housing, has at least one reinforcement material stacked thereon and at least one passive device mounted thereon. An image sensor is assembled to a lower surface of the board with its image region exposed through a window of the board. The present invention prevents contamination by an adhesive spreading over outer periphery of the board during flip-chip bonding of the board and the sensor, increases the rigidity of the board to prevent damage to the board during the assembly into the housing, and promotes miniaturization of the module.
