An actuator includes a spindle drive, a first gear which causes a translational displacement of a first connection unit connected to the spindle drive, and a second gear which engages with the first gear and is connected to a second connection unit. The relative rotation of the two gears causes an actuation of the spindle drive and a rotation of the spindle drive about the rotational axis of the second gear.

The present invention relates to a drive device, comprising a cable which is connected at one end to a cable pulley, an actuator for driving the cable pulley, and a torsion bar which generates a torsional moment, wherein the torsion bar is supported on a higher-level assembly in such a way that it can move between a first and a second state of the torsion bar, wherein the torsion bar applies a torque in a first direction over a first partial movement range, applies a torque in a second direction opposite to the first direction over a second partial movement range, and does not apply torque over a third partial movement range. The present invention also relates to a superordinate hatch arrangement.

Drive device for a hatch

A spindle drive for a motorized adjustment of an adjustment element of a motor vehicle includes a tubular or half-shell-like spindle drive housing. An annular or disk-like connection portion is inserted and secured in one end region of the spindle drive housing. The annular or disk-like connection portion is connected via a damping element comprising a resilient damping material to a connection for discharging axial drive movements. The connection portion has a coaxial recess with an inner radially peripheral wall having a radially peripheral groove. The connection with the end region thereof facing the spindle drive housing protrudes axially into the recess of the connection portion and has a radially peripheral flange which protrudes radially into the groove. The damping element is arranged in a gap disposed between the side walls of the groove and the side walls of the flange.

Spindle drive

Provided is a brake device for braking a rotational movement of a shaft about the longitudinal axis, wherein the shaft is mounted so as to be rotatable about the longitudinal axis in a direction of rotation and in a counter direction which opposes the direction of rotation. Brake devices typically use constant and relatively high braking torques, to ensure a controlled movement of a movement portion, braked by the brake device, in every situation. However, this increases the energy consumption for a movement of the movement portion, and the wear of the brake device. A brake device equipped with a setting device for mutually opposing setting of a braking torque on the shaft during rotation of the shaft in the direction of rotation, and a counter braking torque during rotation of the shaft in the counter direction is provided. Also provided is a method for controlling a brake device.

Brake device and method for controlling the brake device

The invention relates to a spindle drive, comprising a drive unit, a spindle, and a spindle nut in threaded engagement with the spindle, the spindle nut being driven by the drive unit by means of a drive element, and wherein the spindle nut is mounted on the drive element in such a way that the spindle nut and the spindle in threaded engagement with it are pivotable relative to the drive element.

Adjustment arrangement and valve control device comprising an adjustment arrangement

A rotary drive device includes a housing element, a drive shaft and a driven shaft, both rotatably mounted in the housing element, a transmission device that transmits torque from the drive shaft to the driven shaft, and a braking device configured to counteract rotation of the drive shaft. The braking device includes a drive shaft input element, a braking element connected to the housing element for conjoint rotation, and a coupling element adjustable with respect to the input element. A braking force exerted by the braking device is greater when the coupling element is located in a first position than when located in a second position, and the coupling element assigned to the driven shaft so that adjustment from the first position to the second position is triggered by exceeding a threshold value of the difference in torque between the drive shaft and the driven shaft.

The present invention relates to a drive arrangement, comprising a motor drive shaft, which makes the drive force of a motor available, an output shaft, via which the drive arrangement outputs and accumulates a rotational force, a coupling, which is designed to transmit a rotational force from the motor drive shaft to the output shaft and from the output shaft to the motor drive shaft, and a braking arrangement, which counteracts a rotational movement of the output shaft with a braking force.

A drive device includes a first fastening device (), for connection to a stationary base part, especially a vehicle body, or to a movable part, especially a vehicle (hinged) lid or door; a second fastening device (), for connection to the movable part or to the stationary base part; a spindle drive (), which includes a threaded spindle () and a spindle nut () mounted on the threaded spindle () and capable of moving the first and the second fastening devices () axially relative to each other; and a rotary drive (), which rotates the spindle drive () by way of an overload safety device, wherein the nonrotatable connection between the two components can be released when a certain torque is exceeded, and wherein the overload safety device is formed by a clutch device (), which comprises an inner part () connected to the rotary drive (), which inner part rotates an intermediate part () by way of a damping element () and, by way of the intermediate part (), rotates an outer part () connected to the spindle drive ().

A driving device for a hatch in a motor vehicle includes a first fastening element which can be connected to a stationary structural component, a second fastening element which can be connected to a movable structural component, a spindle drive including a threaded spindle having an axis of rotation and a spindle nut arranged on the threaded spindle, and a rotary drive having a driveshaft for rotating spindle to move the first fastening element axially relative to the second fastening element. A stroke detection sensor for continuously detecting the position of the movable structural component includes a rotatable sensor element driven in rotation by the driveshaft and a stationary sensor element for continuously detecting the rotational position of the rotatable sensor element. A gear reduction unit is provided between the driveshaft and the rotatable sensor element so the revolutions of the sensor element are reduced by about 14:1.

Driving device

A force supporting device for assisting a force required to move a flap of an overhead baggage compartment from an open position to a closed position includes a blockable piston cylinder unit attached to the flap for assisting the force required to move the flap, and a triggering device for blocking and releasing the blockable piston cylinder unit as a function of loading of the flap.

Force supporting device

The device for actuating a pivoting movement of a vehicle flap about a pivot axis includes a gas spring having a cylinder and a piston rod protruding from the cylinder. Either the cylinder or the piston rod is coupled to a fixed component of the vehicle body, and the other one of cylinder and piston rod is coupled to the flap at a distance from the pivot axis. A flexurally rigid guide extends parallel adjacent to the gas spring and is fixedly connected to the cylinder of the gas spring. One region of a flexible tension and compression element is guided in the guide and operatively connected to the flap, and a second region is guided in a flexible casing and operatively connected to a reversible drive, so that the flexible tension and compression element can be motor-driven.
