An oil-injected vacuum pump element, where two mating helical rotors are rotatably provided in a housing, where this housing includes an inlet port and an outlet end face with an outlet port, where compression chambers are formed between the helical rotors and the housing. The vacuum pump element is provided with a connection that extends from a first compression chamber to a second smaller compression chamber at the outlet end face, where this first compression chamber is at a lower pressure than the second compression chamber and where this second compression chamber can make connection with the outlet port upon rotation of the helical rotors, where the connection is such that a flow from the second compression chamber to the first compression chamber is possible, where the connection is not directly connected to the outlet port.

Oil-injected vacuum pump element

A water-injected screw-type compressor element including a housing limiting a rotor chamber in which two cooperating rotors are arranged which, by means of axle ends, are beared with both extremities in water-lubricated slide bearings provided in the housing. Bearing bushes are fixedly provided on the axle ends and are directly turnable in a bearing case formed in the housing. The bearing bushes have uninterrupted internal and external surfaces.

Water-injected screw-type compressor

The invention concerns an element of a screw compressor injected with water containing two rotors ( ) in a rotor chamber ( ). The water circuit ( ) contains a part ( ) in which practically prevails the outlet pressure. On the inlet side, the axle journals ( ) are radially supported on hydrodynamic slide bearings ( ). In the housing ( ) opposite to the crosscut ends of the axle journals ( ) are formed chambers ( ) which are connected to the above-mentioned part ( ) or to the inside of the rotor chamber ( ). On the outlet side, the axle journals ( ) are radially supported on hydrodynamic slide bearings ( ) on the one hand, and they are axially supported on hydrostatic slide bearings ( ) on the other hand which are connected to the above-mentioned part ( ) of the water circuit ( ), or on hydrodynamic slide bearings ( ).

Screw compressor injected with water

A transmission provided with revolving bearing (15) includes a main shaft (11), a main bearing house (6) in which the main shaft (11) is supported on bearings (12), a secondary shaft (13) that is connected to the main shaft (11) and revolves around a geometrical axis (7) defined by the main shaft (11) whose geometrical axis (14) is parallel to but eccentrically offset in relation to the geometrical axis (7) of the main shaft (11), and a revolving bearing house (16) in which the secondary shaft (13) revolving together with the bearing house (16) is supported on the revolving bearing (15) in a revolving manner around its geometrical axis. The transmission contains a seal (17) which is situated between the inside of the main bearing house (6) and the outside of the revolving bearing house (16), seals the opening between these bearing houses (6 and 16) and is fixed in relation to the whole consisting of the main shaft (11) and the secondary shaft (13).
