A composition contains (A) an ethylene/a-olefin copolymer having a density from 0.855 g/cc to 0.895 g/cc and a melt viscosity, at 177° C., from 5,000 mPa-s to 50,000 mPa-s; (B) a functionalized propylene-based polymer containing from 1 wt % to 10 wt % functional groups, the functionalized propylene-based polymer having a melt viscosity, at 190° C., from greater than 10,000 mPa-s to 50,000 mPa-s and a weight average molecular weight, Mw, greater than 30,000 g/mol; (C) a tackifier; and (D) a wax.

Adhesive composition

The present disclosure provides a fabric laminate. In an embodiment, the fabric laminate includes a fabric sheet, a coating layer, and a tie layer. The fabric sheet is composed of propylene-based polymer fibers. The coating layer is composed of one or more ethylene-based polymers. The tie layer is located between the fabric sheet and the coating layer. The tie layer is composed of at least 50 wt % of a crystalline block composite (CBC) and an optional blend component. The CBC includes (i) an isotactic crystalline propylene homopolymer (iPP); (ii) an ethylene/propylene copolymer; and (iii) a diblock with the formula (EP)-(iPP). The CBC has a block composite index (CBCI) from 0.1 to 1.0. The fabric laminate has a peel force from 20 N/15 mm to 40 N/15 mm.

The present disclosure is directed to compositions and film structures suitable for heat seal production. The heat sealable flexible film structure includes: a layer (A) comprising a blend comprising from 35 to 80 percent by weight of the layer (A) of a propylene based plastomer or elastomer ('PBPE') and from 20 to 65 percent by weight of the layer (A) of a low density polyethylene having a density in the range of from 0.915 g/cmto 0.935 g/cm, wherein the blend has a melt index (as determined according to ASTM D 1238 (at 190&#xb0; C./2.16 Kg); a layer (B), adjacent to layer (A), comprising a polyolefin-based polymer, wherein the polymer or polymer blend which makes up layer (B) flows more easily than the blend of layer (A) under conditions intended for making a hard seal with the film structure; and an outermost layer (C) comprising a material having a melting point greater than 140&#xb0; C.; wherein the ratio of the thickness of layer (B) to the thickness of layer (A) is 3:1 or greater. The heat sealable flexible film structure is used to make a flexible container having one or more heat seals. The heat seal can be a frangible heat seal, a hard heat seal, or a combination of frangible heat seals and hard heat seals depending on the sealing conditions.
