Computer-implemented methods, computer program products, and computer systems for detecting and resolving fraudulent calls. The computer-implemented methods include one or more processors configured for receiving voice call data corresponding to an incoming telephone call placed to a user device, wherein the voice call data comprises caller voice data. Further, the computer-implemented methods may include one or more processors configured for converting the caller voice data to caller text data comprising one or more text phrases. Further embodiments of the computer-implemented method include processors configured for determining that the one or more text phrases satisfies a first condition, and responsive to determining that the one or more text phrases satisfies the first condition, transmitting a user alert to the user device.

Detecting and resolving fraudulent calls

A method, text correction system, and computer program product, one embodiment of which may comprise receiving an original first message from a first participant of a group correspondence, receiving a second message from a second participant of the group correspondence, determining, by semantically analyzing the original first message and the second message, that the second message contains a desired modification of the original first message, and in response to the determining, automatically modifying the original first message with the desired modification to produce a modified first message. The second message may be received after the original first message. Optionally, some embodiments may further comprise presenting the modified first message to the first participant of the group correspondence for approval, and in response to an approval by the first participant of the group correspondence, presenting the modified first message to one or more other participants of the group correspondence.

Semantic correction of messages for groups

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, computer program product, and system for determining at least one characteristic about a figure and searching a data set based on an indicated search area for at least one entry that falls within a threshold value of the determined at least one characteristic about the figure, wherein the search area indicates which part of the data set to be searched. Displaying the at least one entry from the data set that falls within a threshold value of the determined at least one characteristic about the figure.

Guided exploration of data is provided. A semantic graph corresponding to a dataset is generated using identified relations among columns of the dataset that are identified based on mapping the columns to main concepts in a generic ontology. A subgraph of the semantic graph is formed based on identification of nodes corresponding to relevant central concepts within the semantic graph using graph centrality metrics. A plurality of paths is identified in the subgraph using a bi-directional multiple hop search from the nodes corresponding to the relevant central concepts in the subgraph. A relevance score is assigned to each path in the plurality of paths using a graph-theoretic metric and the graph centrality metrics. A set of natural language questions based on relevant central concepts and concept relations corresponding to nodes in each respective path with an assigned relevance score greater than a minimum threshold score is output to the user.
