Systems and methods for crosstalk suppression. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided a system, including: a first communications channel; and a first crosstalk reduction circuit, the first communications channel being a wired communications channel, and the first crosstalk reduction circuit being configured to: receive a signal from a second communications channel; and modify a signal in the first communications channel to reduce an effect of crosstalk from the second communications channel.

Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide methods and apparatus for amplifying an input signal. One example apparatus is a differential amplifier that includes a positive input node, a negative input node, a positive output node, a negative output node, a positive input transistor having a gate coupled to the positive input node and having a drain coupled to the negative output node, a negative input transistor having a gate coupled to the negative input node and having a drain coupled to the positive output node, a first common-gate amplifier having an output coupled to the negative output node, a second common-gate amplifier having an output coupled to the positive output node, a first capacitive element coupled between the negative input node and an input of the first common-gate amplifier, and a second capacitive element coupled between the positive input node and an input of the second common-gate amplifier.

High gain-bandwidth product (GBW) amplifier with passive feedforward compensation

Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a local oscillator (LO) for wireless communication. In some examples, the LO is configured to generate an LO signal by inverting, by a first inverter, a first signal to generate a second signal having a first frequency, the first signal being an oscillating signal. In some examples, the LO is configured to control, using a third signal having a second frequency, a first switch receiving the second signal. In some examples, the LO is configured to control, using a fourth signal having the second frequency, a second switch receiving the second signal, wherein the fourth signal is a complement of the third signal and wherein the second frequency is one-half the first frequency.

In certain aspects, an amplifier includes a first transistor including a gate, a drain, and a source, wherein the gate of the first transistor is coupled to a first input of the amplifier. The disclosure generally relates to a deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) sequencing circuit having a controllable pore size and a lower membrane capacitance and noise floor relative to biological nanopore devices. For example, design principles used to fabricate a fin-shaped field effect transistor (FinFET) may be applied to form, on a first wafer, a nanopore that has a desired pore size in a silicon-based membrane. Electrodes and an interconnect embedded with an amplifier and analog-to-digital converter (ADC) may be formed on a separate second wafer, wherein the first wafer and the second wafer may then be bonded and further processed to form a sensing device that includes appropriate wells and pores to be used in a DNA sequencing circuit.

Noise improvement in DNA sequencing circuit by FinFET-like nanopore formation

An N-path filter with one or more branches selectively coupled to a shared circuit node includes a first branch having a first feedback path and a second feedback path. The first feedback path includes a Miller amplifier having an input coupled to an input voltage and a first capacitor coupled to both the input voltage and an output of the Miller amplifier. The second feedback path includes a node in common with the first feedback path. The second feedback path also includes a first high pass filter coupled to the output of the Miller amplifier and a second capacitor coupled to both the first capacitor and the first high pass filter.

This disclosure provides systems and apparatuses for converting a single-ended analog signal into a differential analog signal. In some implementations, a single-ended to differential signal converter may include an N-path filter to generate a 180 degree phase-shifted version of a single-ended input signal. The single-ended input signal and the 180 degree phase-shifted version of the single-ended input signal together may form a differential signal. In some implementations, the N-path filter may delay the single-ended input through a series of switched capacitors.

An ionic current sensor array includes a master bias generator and a plurality of sensing cells. The master bias generator is configured to generate a bias voltage. Each sensing cell includes an ionic current sensor, an integrating capacitor, a sense transistor coupled between the integrating capacitor and the ionic current sensor, and an amplifier coupled to provide a reference voltage to bias the ionic current sensor. The amplifier includes a first transistor and a second transistor. The first transistor is coupled to receive the bias voltage, and the second transistor is coupled to the first transistor to provide the reference voltage to the ionic current sensor. The second transistor is also coupled between a source of the sense transistor and the gate of the sense transistor.
