An RF connector includes: a first printed circuit board with mounted devices; a first bridge assembly mounted adjacent to one side of the first board and including signal transmission pins; a second printed circuit board spaced apart from the first board; connection terminals adjacent to the second board contacting surfaces of the signal pins; a push bar applying force to maintain contact between the pins and terminals; and a metal shielding plate fixed to the push bar and second board, shielding portions of both. Shielding walls may be disposed between adjacent signal pins, improving isolation. The push bar has a wedge shape, creating a bending unit in the transmission pins according to lever principles. The connector transmits RF signals, power, and digital signals on the same plane, reducing size and cost while effectively processing signals in various frequency bands without expensive multi-connectors.

The present disclosure provides a cavity filter assembly installed with an RF filter having an empty area formed between the RF filter and a cavity filter body serving as a ground to reduce the parasitic capacitance by forming the cavity filter body with a first pocket portion configured to install the RF filter and a second pocket portion within the first pocket portion in a position to overlap a transmission line, thereby reducing the insertion loss of the RF filter, which when serving as a low-pass filter, can position the harmonics in the stopband further away from the cutoff frequency and thus effect improved frequency characteristics of the low-pass filter through improvements of, for example, the frequency characteristics in the stopband.

Cavity filter assembly

Disclosed herein is a radio frequency filter having a notch structure. The radio frequency filter includes a hollow housing having a plurality of partition walls defining a plurality of cavities and an open surface formed on one side, a cover configured to shield the open surface of the housing, a plurality of resonance elements positioned in the cavities of the housing, a coupling substrate arranged to cross a partition wall between at least two of the plurality of resonance elements, and a tuning screw inserted into the housing through the cover. The partition wall crossed by the coupling substrate includes a support window formed to have a first depth from the open surface, the coupling substrate being arranged through the support window, and a tuning window formed to have a second depth greater than the first depth from the open surface, the tuning screw being inserted into the tuning window.

Radio frequency filter

A cavity-type radio frequency filter is disclosed. the radio frequency filter having a cavity structure including an enclosure, a resonant element, a cover, a frequency tuning screw, and a resilient fixing member. The enclosure has a hollow inside and an open surface on one side to have a cavity. The resonant element is positioned in the hollow of the enclosure. The cover has a screw hole having a preset diameter at a position corresponding to the resonant element, and is configured to seal the open surface of the enclosure. The frequency tuning screw is configured to be screwed into the screw hole of the cover, and it has an upper end formed at least partially with a latching abutment that protrudes outwardly.

Cavity-type radio frequency filter

The present disclosure relates to a radio frequency filter having a cavity structure, and including a housing having internally a hollow space and an open side to provide at least one cavity, at least one resonance element located in the hollow space of the housing, a cover configured to have at least one groove which is internally threaded, recessed at a predetermined diameter and depth at a position corresponding to the resonance element, and has a bottom portion that is thinner than other portions, and to close the open side of the housing, and at least one frequency tuning screw configured to threadedly mate with the groove of the cover. When the frequency tuning screw threadedly mates with the groove, a bottom surface of the groove is depressed by the frequency tuning screw toward the resonant element.

Radio frequency filter having cavity structure

The present invention provides a cavity filter having a slim and compact structure in which a push-pin type RF connector, which is formed such that a terminal is exposed to both sides or one side in a height direction, is embedded so as to reduce a size of an antenna system, quickly perform verification for an individual cavity filter while having high reproducibility, and enable the antenna system to be readily mounted.

The present invention relates to a cavity type wireless frequency filter having a cross-coupling notch structure, the filter comprising a notch substrate provided for cross-coupling between at least two resonance elements among a plurality of resonance elements, wherein the notch substrate comprises: a main substrate, which is made of a non-conductive material and has the first and second coupling structures mechanically coupled with at least two resonance elements, respectively; and a conductive line which is implemented by a conductive pattern formed on the main substrate and transfers a signal of a first resonance element to a second resonance element by using a non-contact coupling method.
