A coupling system for a towing vehicle, including a measuring element, wherein the coupling system has a fifth-wheel coupling plate on which a conically widened insertion region that is located in the longitudinal axis (x) of said plate and is intended for the introduction of a trailer-side coupling means and an adjoining locking region are formed, and at least two bearing blocks that engage laterally on the fifth-wheel coupling plate are provided, wherein the measuring element is situated in a mounting region of the coupling system such that operating forces (F, F) acting in the longitudinal axis (x) and/or a transverse axis (y) are determined thereby. A coupling system of which the measuring element is subjected to significantly lower wear effect. A bearing shell and a measuring shell are situated between at least one of the bearing blocks and the fifth wheel coupling plate, the mounting region being formed from the measuring shell.

A cable routing device for connecting a line strand to a carrier element which can be moved with respect to the vehicle, wherein the cable routing device has a carrier element, fastened pivotably to the vehicle, and a cable store, in which at least part of the line strand is accommodated. Based on the problem of providing a cable routing device of compact design which is suitable for ensuring low sag of a line strand with a large diameter, the problem is solved by virtue of the fact that a spring element is arranged between the carrier element and the cable store, by which spring element, the line strand is supported loosely.

A landing gear having a force-measuring element. The landing gear includes an outer tube, an inner tube movably mounted in the outer tube, and a transmission assembly having at least one spindle driven by a gear. The spindle is fed through a spindle opening in a spindle bearing plate which is in contact with the outer tube, and a spindle nut fastened to the inner tube is held on the spindle. The landing gear addresses the problem of providing a landing gear that allows a quantitative and reproducible measurement of the forces transmitted from the landing gear to the ground. The problem is solved in that the force-measuring element is mounted on a support component disposed in the force flow between the spindle and the outer tube.

A coupling plate for a fifth wheel coupling, wherein the coupling plate on a top side includes a planar bearing surface and at a rear end it includes two entrance horns bordering on an entrance opening, the entrance opening extends in a longitudinal axis (x) of the coupling plate and ends in a kingpin bearing region, and the coupling plate is configured with a respective receiving structure for a bearing block on its bottom side, on either side of the kingpin bearing region and spaced apart from each other on a transverse axis (y). The problem which the invention proposes to solve is to provide a standardized coupling plate, having a minimal natural weight, given a slight loading, and whose strength can be adapted for higher anticipated loads. The problem is solved according to the invention in that at least one connection means for the releasable mounting of at least one stiffening element is formed on the coupling plate beneath the planar bearing surface.

An air conduction element for reducing the air resistance of a load-carrying vehicle having a load space structure. The air conduction element can be externally mounted in the rear region of the load space structure and includes an air conduction duct with a front air inlet opening and a rear air outlet opening, front and rear being in relation to the direction of travel (x). The air inlet opening overlaps the load space structure in the direction of travel (x) and the air outlet opening is arranged behind the load space structure within the cross-sectional contour thereof. The air conduction element has a cover which delimits the air conduction duct and which is arranged movably relative to the load space structure. The cap slowly drops in the direction of the load space structure when the air speed drops below a defined value and is raised by the air current in relation to the load space structure when the air speed exceeds a defined value. It is therefore the aim to devise an air conduction element with which the maximum vehicle dimensions defined for the travel position of the air conduction element are maintained also during adjustment thereof. For this purpose, the cover is mounted in relation to the load space structure such that it can carry out a translatory movement only.

Air conduction element for reducing air resistance of a load-carrying vehicle

A locking device for containers on a vehicle chassis, having a housing, a plug-in pin which is mounted displaceably in the housing and/or a rotary pin which is mounted rotatably in the housing, wherein the plug-in pin and/or the rotary pin can be moved between an open position and a locked position. The invention was based on the problem of providing a locking device for containers which is triggered automatically by way of the loading operation. According to the invention, the problem is solved by the fact that a spring element which interacts with a triggering element acts on the plug-in pin or the rotary pin, wherein the triggering unit has at least one sensing bolt which protrudes out of the housing in the direction of a container fitting in the open position.

Locking device for containers

An air conduction element for reducing the air resistance of a load-carrying vehicle having a load space structure. The air conduction element can be externally mounted in the rear region of the load space structure and includes an air conduction duct with a front air inlet opening and a rear air outlet opening, front and rear being in relation to the direction of travel (x). The air inlet opening overlaps the load space structure in the direction of travel (x) and the air outlet opening is arranged behind the load space structure within the cross-sectional contour thereof. The air conduction element has a cover which delimits the air conduction duct. It was therefore the aim to devise an air conduction element which does not increase the dimensions of the load space structure when the vehicle is driving slowly or is at a standstill. For this purpose, the cover is produced from a flexible flat material.

A locking device for containers with a container lock housing and with a locking hook. The locking hook has a pivot axis, which is stationary relative to the container lock housing and which can pivot about the locking hook into a standby position and a locking position. An activation mechanism is included for the locking hook, which has a first actuating element and a second actuating element as well as a release mechanism. The first actuating element holds the locking hook in its standby position, while the second actuating element is configured such that it blocks and clamps the locking hook in its locking position. The release mechanism after the releasing acts on the first actuating element and/or on the second actuating element, which automatically brings about the clamping and blocking of the locking hook in its locking position by the second actuating element.

Container lock

A bearing assembly having a bearing block of a fifth wheel coupling. The bearing block has at least one vertical fastening flange. The tractive unit has a frame element, which has a vertical section. The vertical fastening flange is connected to the outside of the vertical section by a screw connection. A component, on which the vertical fastening flange is supported at least in the vertical direction, is fastened to the vertical section.

A lubrication system for a utility vehicle with a lubricating unit having a lubricant reservoir, a pump, and a distributor attached thereto to which supply lines to a plurality of lubrication points can be attached, and comprising a control module having at least two lubrication programs stored therein, wherein the pump initiates an ejection of grease in a cycle predetermined by the respective lubrication program. The object of the invention is to improve upon a lubrication system such that a change between lubrication programs and optionally the execution of an intermediate lubrication using an automatic lubrication system is possible during driving operations independent of the presence of a higher level on-board electronics system. The object is accomplished in that the lubricating unit is connected directly to an input and display device disposed in the vehicle or at other accessible places on the vehicle, the input and display device used to switch between lubrication programs and to initiate an intermediate lubrication.

The invention relates to a system for lubricating a closing mechanism on a saddle coupling comprising a closing mechanism which is arranged on the lower side of a coupling plate and which comprises at least one closing hook and/or closing bar, provided with a coating, and a fat reservoir which is connected to the closure hook by means of a lubricating line. The invention also relates to a coating of individual components of the system, i.e. the closing hook and the closing bar, in addition to the use of a coating. The invention is characterized in that the coating of the closing hook and/or the closing bar is embodied as a sliding coating.

A securing device () with a blocking element () is provided, which blocking element () can be moved from a rest position into a blocking position and vice versa, wherein the blocking element () projects into the entry opening () at least in the blocking position.
