A coupling assembly for coupling a first component to a second component, the coupling assembly includes a pin and a housing. The pin includes a shaft and a pin frangible portion formed in the shaft. The housing includes a hollow body and a housing frangible portion formed in the hollow body. The housing is configured to receive the pin such that the shaft of the pin is received within the hollow body. When the pin is received in the hollow body the pin frangible portion aligns with the housing frangible portion.

Coupling assemblies having frangible portions

A clip assembly includes a mating component that includes including a mating opening. The clip assembly may also include an attachment component that includes a base wall, a clip body, a pair of sidewalls, an end wall, and a base aperture formed in the base wall. The end walls extend between the pair of sidewalls such that the pair of sidewalls and the end wall at least partially bound the base aperture. The clip body connects with the pair of sidewalls, and the clip body includes an engagement member configured to engage with the mating opening of the mating component to releasably couple the attachment component with the mating component.

Clip assemblies

A pocket is structured to be removably securable to a vehicle door. In one arrangement, the pocket includes at least one positioning element receiving cavity structured to extend horizontally or substantially horizontally when the pocket is attached to a vehicle door.

An extendable and retractable step platform assembly is provided for a front of a vehicle to afford a user with a better view and reach for accessing an engine compartment. The step platform assembly includes a guide rail system coupled to a front frame of the vehicle. A step platform is coupled to the guide rail system. The step platform provides a substantially planar surface configured to support a load for an extended time. The step platform moves in a horizontal direction between a first position that is retracted behind a front bumper of the vehicle, and a second position that is extended beyond the front bumper of the vehicle.
