Provided herein are methods and compositions for enhancing an immune response and/or for the treatment of an immune-related condition in an individual, e.g., cancer, comprising killing, disabling, or depleting non-stimulatory myeloid cells using an antigen binding protein such as an antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof.

Modulation of stimulatory and non-stimulatory myeloid cells

Techniques are described for selecting audio from locations that are most likely to be sources of spoken commands or words. Directional audio signals are generated to emphasize sounds from different regions of an environment. The directional audio signals are processed by an automated speech recognizer to generate recognition confidence values corresponding to each of the different regions, and the region resulting in the highest recognition confidence value is selected as the region most likely to contain a user who is speaking commands.

Directed audio for speech recognition

Techniques are described for determining locations of audio sources. Audio signals are captured from multiple locations. Pairs of the audio signals are analyzed to create correlograms, indicating correlation scores corresponding to different time offsets between the signals. Based on the correlograms, various locations are analyzed to determine probabilities of audio originating from those locations. The highest probabilities are found, indicating locations containing audio sources. In some situations, the audio sources may be reflective sources, and the locations of the reflective sources may be used to determine locations of objects or surfaces.

Audio source localization

Embodiments generally relate to enhancing music. In one embodiment, a method includes receiving a sound input, extracting a primary melody from the sound input, and converting the primary melody into a graphical representation. The method also includes generating a plurality of derivative melodies, where each derivative melody is derived from the primary melody. The method also includes enabling a user to select one or more of the derivative melodies to be played with the primary melody.

Enhancing music

A method for processing blocks of data in a file is provided. The method includes determining a plurality of blocks of data in the file for a compression process used for compressing data in the file. This process is iterated over all the plurality of blocks of data in the file. A block of data is read into memory, and the offset from which it is read is also stored. A strong collision-resistant cryptographic hash representation, such as a strong collision-resistant cryptographic hash, of the block is determined. The cryptographic hash representation (CHR) of the block of data as well as the data itself, is added to a table with the CHR as a unique index. The offset of the block of data in the source file, as well as the CHR for that block are appended to a separate table.

Systems and techniques for providing feedback to users within an environment that interact with user interfaces (UIs) that are projected within the environment. For instance, the systems and techniques may project a UI that includes one or more selectable portions, such as keys, icons, sliders, dials, or any other type of control. After projecting the UI, the systems and techniques may identify the user attempting to interact with the UI. In response, the systems and techniques may provide feedback to the user indicating that the user has engaged the UI. For instance, the systems and techniques may visually alter the projected UI, may output a sound via one or more speakers within the environment, or may provide the feedback in any other manner.
