An insulation packaging assembly includes a box including a top side wall, a bottom side wall, and a plurality of lateral side walls, the box defining a box cavity; a first insulation liner positioned within the box cavity, the first insulation liner defining a first end and a second end opposite from the first end, the first insulation liner defining a first fold, a second fold, and a third fold, the first fold defining the first end, the third fold defining the second end, a first bend line defined between the first fold and the second fold, a second bend line defined between the second fold and the third fold; a second insulation liner positioned within the box cavity, the second insulation liner defining a third end and a fourth end opposite from the third end, the first insulation liner defining a fourth fold.

Adjustable insulation packaging

An insulated packaging assembly can include a box including a top side wall, a bottom side wall, a first lateral side wall, a second lateral side wall, a third lateral side wall, and a fourth lateral side wall the box defining a cavity; a first thermal liner positioned in the cavity, a first portion of the first thermal liner positioned in contact with the top side wall, a second portion of the first thermal liner positioned in contact with the first lateral side wall, a third portion of the first thermal liner positioned in contact with the bottom side wall; and a second thermal liner defining a first end and a second end disposed opposite from the first end, the second thermal liner defining an inner surface and an outer surface disposed opposite from the inner surface.

Nested insulated packaging

A nested insulated packaging assembly includes an outer box including an outer top side wall, an outer bottom side wall, and a plurality of outer lateral side walls, the outer box defining a cavity; an inner cardboard portion including a plurality of inner lateral side walls, the inner cardboard portion positioned within the cavity; a first thermal liner positioned at least partially between the inner cardboard portion and the outer bottom side wall; and a second thermal liner defining a first end and a second end disposed opposite from the first end, the second thermal liner defining an inner surface and an outer surface disposed opposite from the inner surface, the second thermal liner positioned between the plurality of outer lateral side walls and the plurality of inner lateral side walls, the inner surface facing the inner cardboard portion, the outer surface facing the outer box.

An insulation liner includes an outer film; and an insulation material encapsulated within the outer film. An insulation packaging assembly includes a box defining a box cavity; a first insulation liner positioned within the box cavity, the first insulation liner defining a C-shape, the first insulation liner including an outer film and an insulation material encapsulated within the outer film; and a second insulation liner positioned within the box cavity, the second insulation liner defining the C-shape, the second insulation liner fitting together with the first insulation liner to define a storage cavity enclosed by the first insulation liner and the second insulation liner.

A method includes positioning a first insulation liner in a box, the box including a top side wall, a bottom side wall, and a plurality of lateral side walls, the first insulation liner including a left fold, a center fold, and a right fold, the first insulation liner contacting a one of the lateral side walls of the box; and positioning a second insulation liner in the box, the second insulation liner contacting a second of the lateral side walls of the box, the second insulation liner including a top fold, a back fold, and a bottom fold, the top fold of the second insulation liner positioned between the left fold and the right fold of the first insulation liner.

A nested insulated packaging assembly includes: an outer box including an outer top side wall, an outer bottom side wall, and a plurality of outer lateral side walls; an inner box received in the outer box, the inner box including an inner top side wall, an inner bottom side wall, and a plurality of inner lateral side walls; a first thermal liner contacting a one of the outer lateral side walls of the outer box and a one of the inner lateral side walls of the inner box; and a second thermal liner contacting a second of the outer lateral side walls of the outer box and a second of the inner lateral side walls of the inner box.

A nested insulated packaging assembly comprising an outer box and a thermal liner. The outer box includes an outer top side wall, an outer bottom side wall, and a plurality of outer lateral side walls. The thermal liner includes a terminal top end, a bend line, a top fold defined between the terminal top end and the bend line, and a back fold. The top fold is foldable relative to the back fold at the bend line. The back fold contacts one of the outer lateral side walls of the outer box. The thermal liner includes a thermal control material extending across the bend line.

An insulation packaging assembly includes: a box including a top side wall, an bottom side wall, and a plurality of lateral side walls; a first insulation liner contacting a one of the lateral side walls of the box, the first insulation liner including a left fold, a center fold, and a right fold; and a second insulation liner contacting a second of the lateral side walls of the box, the second insulation liner including a top fold, a back fold, and a bottom fold, the top fold of the second insulation liner positioned between the left fold and the right fold of the first insulation liner.
