A bundled cable assembly comprises groups of jumpers arranged to define a main section and terminal sections that each extend from the main section. The main section includes a plurality of tap locations at spaced apart locations along a length of the main section. At least some of the jumpers are bundled together in the main section between the tap locations. The terminal sections each extend from one of the tap locations. Each of the jumpers includes a first jumper end in one of the terminal sections and a second jumper end in another of the terminal sections. The groups of jumpers are arranged such that each of the terminal sections comprises the first jumper ends the jumpers from a respective group of the groups of jumpers and at least one second jumper end from each of the other groups of jumpers.

Bundled cable assembly

A terminal for an optical fiber network includes a housing, a plurality of feeder cable adapters positioned in the housing, a plurality of distribution panel adapters positioned in the housing, and a bypass module positioned in the housing and including at least one bypass module adapter. A plurality of input optical fibers extend from at least one of the plurality of feeder cable adapters, into the main body of the bypass module, and to the at least one bypass module adapter. Additionally, a plurality of output optical fibers extend from the at least one bypass module adapter to at least one of the plurality of distribution panel adapters. The plurality of input optical fibers each optically couple to a single one of the plurality of output optical fibers within the at least one bypass module adapter.

A fiber optic module for use in a fiber optic terminal. The fiber optic module includes a body having a front end, a first body section including a first group of adapters on the front end and a first fiber routing arm having a first fiber retaining element at a free end of the first routing arm, and a second body section in stacked alignment with the first body section, wherein the second body section includes a second group of adapters on the front end and a second fiber routing arm having a second fiber retaining element at a free end of the second routing arm. The first body section and the second body section define an internal volume containing an optical splitter. The fiber optic module may also include a handle coupleable to the first body section.

Telecommunications modules having multiple body sections and forward facing input and output adapters

A fiber optic terminal includes an enclosure defining an interior space having a plurality module holders and at least one module removably positioned in one of the plurality of module holders. Each removable module may include at least one input adapter and a plurality of output adapters. Each removable module may also include one or more splitters, cable storage components, pass-through components, or parking components. The fiber optic module may also include first and second arms extending from the front side of the body and a handle coupled to the first and second arms. The handle may be rotatable between a closed position and an open position, and may also be removable from the first and second arms when the handle is in the open position.

Fiber optic enclosures, terminal assemblies, end cap assemblies, and methods of sealing fiber optic enclosures are disclosed. The terminal assembly of a fiber optic enclosure may include an input fiber sealing assembly and an output fiber sealing assembly. The input fiber sealing assembly may include an input fiber insert positioned in an input fiber channel of the cap body, an input fiber compression plate positioned in the input fiber channel, and an input fiber compression member for compressing the insert between the fiber compression plate and the base plate. The output fiber sealing assembly may include an output fiber insert positioned in the output fiber channel of the cap body, an output fiber compression plate positioned in the output fiber channel, and an output fiber compression member for compressing the insert between the fiber compression plate and the base plate.
