Various embodiments of a cooking system are described herein. In an aspect, a device may include a cooking system, comprising: a cooking device, comprising: a housing having a cavity extending upward from a bottom surface; a heating element positioned within the cavity; and an air movement device configured to direct air over the heating element and from the cavity; and a vessel having a cavity therein and a upper surface defining an opening, wherein the cooking device is configured to be removably positioned over the vessel such that the bottom surface aligns with the upper surface, creating a cooking chamber within the cavity to perform a cooking operation.

Ingredient containers for use in a beverage carbonation system are provided. The ingredient container includes a container body having a hollow interior and an opening leading into the hollow interior. The ingredient container also includes a cap positioned over the opening in the container body and including an inlet port and an outlet port. A cross-section of the cap extends substantially perpendicular to a central axis of each of the inlet port and the outlet port, and the cross-section of the cap has a shape that is a substantially circular triangle.

A beverage system and methods for preparing flavored beverages are provided. In one embodiment, the beverage system includes a housing, a flavorant system, and a processor. The housing includes a mixing chamber configured to operably couple to a fluid reservoir and pressurized gas source. In one exemplary embodiment, a knife sharpening system can include a support structure configured to hold a knife having a handle and a blade extending therefrom, and a carriage assembly mounted on the support structure. The carriage assembly can have a sharpening element that is configured to sharpen a cutting edge of the blade. The carriage assembly can be movable relative to the knife blade to cause the sharpening element to apply a force to the cutting edge of the knife blade.
