A cooking system includes a housing defining a hollow chamber configured to receive food. The housing has an upper portion defining an opening to said hollow chamber. A lid is movable relative to the housing between an open position and a closed position. A lid lock is associated with at least one of the lid and the housing. The lid is configurable between a lid locked condition with the housing and a lid unlocked condition with the housing via the lid lock. At least one vent is disposed in at least one of the lid and the housing, and the at least one vent is configurable between an open vent condition and a closed vent condition via actuation of the lid lock.

Various embodiments of a cooking system are described herein. In an aspect, a device may include a cooking system, comprising: a cooking device, comprising: a housing having a cavity extending upward from a bottom surface; a heating element positioned within the cavity; and an air movement device configured to direct air over the heating element and from the cavity; and a vessel having a cavity therein and a upper surface defining an opening, wherein the cooking device is configured to be removably positioned over the vessel such that the bottom surface aligns with the upper surface, creating a cooking chamber within the cavity to perform a cooking operation.

Ingredient containers for use in a beverage carbonation system are provided. The ingredient container includes a container body having a hollow interior and an opening leading into the hollow interior. The ingredient container also includes a cap positioned over the opening in the container body and including an inlet port and an outlet port. A cross-section of the cap extends substantially perpendicular to a central axis of each of the inlet port and the outlet port, and the cross-section of the cap has a shape that is a substantially circular triangle.

The housing includes a mixing chamber configured to operably couple to a fluid reservoir and pressurized gas source. In one exemplary embodiment, a knife sharpening system can include a support structure configured to hold a knife having a handle and a blade extending therefrom, and a carriage assembly mounted on the support structure. The carriage assembly can have a sharpening element that is configured to sharpen a cutting edge of the blade. The carriage assembly can be movable relative to the knife blade to cause the sharpening element to apply a force to the cutting edge of the knife blade.
