An oven appliance may include a cabinet, a door, and a restrictor plate. The cabinet may include a top panel and a bottom panel. The cabinet may define an internal chamber between the top panel and the bottom panel. The door may be mounted on the cabinet to selectively restrict access to the internal chamber in a closed position. The door may extend along the vertical direction in the closed position between a top lip and a bottom lip. The handle may be provided on the door proximal to the top lip. The handle may define an upper surface directed away from the bottom lip, the upper surface being a complementary match to the underside surface of the top panel.

Ice making appliances and methods for making ice using a machine-readable ice cube mold are provided herein. The ice making appliances and methods of making ice may include obtaining ice mold identifier data from the ice mold. Ice mold identifier may be used to acquire operating parameters of the ice making appliance specific to that ice mold from an external communication network. The operating parameters may be used to adjust operation of the appliance, such as the volume of water to dispense for that particular mold.

Retractable display for an oven appliance

A gas cooktop appliance includes a control panel and a fuel supply line. A gas valve is positioned on the fuel supply line. A bracket includes a top bracket portion extending over a top of the fuel supply line. A bottom bracket portion extends under a bottom of the fuel supply line. The bottom bracket portion is mounted to the top bracket portion. A mounting flange is connected to one or both of the top and bottom bracket portions. The mounting flange is positioned at and attached to a rear surface of the control panel that faces the fuel supply line and the gas valve.

Gas valve bracket

An oven appliance having an oven chamber positioned within a cabinet and a top panel defining one or more vent apertures includes a false back assembly for facilitating the containment of spilled fluids and the cooling of electronic components within the cabinet. The false back assembly includes a false back spaced apart from a range back to define a spill channel. A spill deflector is positioned below the vent apertures and above the spill channel along the vertical direction such that the spill deflector is configured for collecting fluids spilled through the vent apertures and directing the spilled fluids to the spill channel where they may be safely routed around sensitive electronic components.

Oven appliance with spill control and heat regulating features

A gas range appliance includes a griddle positioned on a top panel. The griddle has a cooking plate positioned over a gas burner. A first flange extends from the cooking plate towards a rear portion of a cabinet such that the first flange extends over an exit of an exhaust duct. A second flange extends from the cooking plate towards the top panel. The second flange is positioned between the gas burner and the first flange below the cooking plate.

Gas range appliance with a griddle

An oven range appliance including a chamber liner defining a cooking chamber, as well as a cabinet enclosing the chamber liner in cooking chamber, is provided. The cabinet includes a side panel positioned at a first side of the cabinet defining a cooling channel between the chamber liner and the side panel of the cabinet. A diverter panel is provided extending from the side panel towards the chamber liner. The diverter panel blocks a flow of cooling air from the cooling channel at a location proximate a back side of the cabinet to increase a flow of cooling air from the cooling channel at a location proximate the front side of the cabinet.

Oven range appliance

A double oven range appliance and a gas burner and floor assembly for an oven appliance are provided. The gas burner and floor assembly includes a cooking chamber bottom panel with a projection defining a plurality of openings. A gas burner is positioned above the plurality of openings. A floor panel is positioned below the cooking chamber bottom panel. An insulation panel is mounted to the floor panel such that the insulation panel is disposed below the plurality of openings. The gas burner and floor assembly can assist with limiting heat transfer along a vertical direction while also providing a suitable flow of air at the gas burner.
