The present invention provides compounds of formula I, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions thereof. Compounds of the present invention are useful for inhibiting kinase (e.g., GSK3 (e.g., GSK3α or GSK3β) or CK1) activity. The present invention further provides methods of using the compounds described herein for treating kinase-mediated disorders, such as neurological diseases, psychiatric disorders, metabolic disorders, and cancer.

Kinase inhibitors and methods of use thereof

The present invention provides compounds of formula I, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions thereof. Compounds of the present invention are useful for inhibiting kinase (e.g., GSK3 (e.g., GSK3&#x3b1; or GSK3&#x3b2;) or CK1) activity. The present invention further provides methods of using the compounds described herein for treating kinase-mediated disorders, such as neurological diseases, psychiatric disorders, metabolic disorders, and cancer. 

An air purification system to remove dust and other particulate matter from passing air is disclosed. The air purification system includes a housing. The housing includes a plurality of vents provided. Further, the housing includes an opening provided at a bottom of the housing. The air purification system includes a door hingedly coupled to the housing. Further, the air purification system includes an air filter removably inserted into the housing through the opening. The air filter is aligned with the plurality of vents. The door is closed to form a closed structure with the housing. The air filter is used to filter air passing through the plurality of vents and to collect dust and particulate matter. The air purification system is used as a standalone device such as forced air heating and air conditioning system or as an accessory to an existing forced air heating and air conditioning systems.

Air purification system

An air purification system including a vent cover assembly and an air filter assembly is disclosed. The vent cover assembly includes a vent cover with a slot that permits access to an interior of the vent cover. The vent cover is retrofitted to existing air vents to allow filtering of air in a desired room. The air filter assembly includes a filter holder having an air filter removably attached thereto. The air filter is used to remove dust and other particle from the air flowing out of the air vents. The filter holder is removably mounted within vent cover, through the slot, with the air filter attached. The air flow out from the air vents, through the air filter and out of the vent cover into the desired room. The air in particular rooms is filtered with the air filter to help improve the health of the users.

The present invention relates to a flood irrigation apparatus. The apparatus comprises a headgate in communication with a body of water. The body of water can be a pond or a reservoir, for example. The apparatus further comprises a conduit securely connected to the headgate and in fluid communication with the headgate, wherein the flow of water within the conduit is regulated by the operation of the headgate. The apparatus further comprises an exit chamber securely connected to the conduit and in fluid communication with the conduit. The exit chamber comprises a plurality of vertical bricks disposed on the floor of the exit chamber. The vertical bricks facilitate the trapping of the silt and debris on the floor of the exit chamber in order to provide substantially silt-free water for irrigation.

Flood irrigation apparatus

The present invention is directed to methods, compositions and kits for treatment of cancer, e.g. heptacellular carcinoma. In some embodiments, the present invention discloses the use of a small-molecule compound of formula (I)-(XXVI) and (III') as disclosed herein to inhibit transcription factor Late SV40 Factor (LSF) for treatment of cancer, e.g., HCC.
