A urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer which has a low viscosity and gives a flexible cured product having a low surface tackiness, is provided. It is obtainable by reacting a polyol component comprising a polyoxyalkylene polyol which has from 2 to 4 hydroxyl groups, a hydroxyl value V(mgKOH/g) of from 5 to 115 and a total degree of unsaturation V(meq/g) satisfying V&#x2266;(0.45/V)+0.02, with a polyisocyanate compound and a hydroxylated (meth)acrylate compound.

Coating composition

A urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer which has a low viscosity and gives a flexible cured article reduced in surface tackiness. It is obtained by reacting a polyol ingredient comprising a polyoxyalkylene polyol which has two to four hydroxyl groups, a hydroxyl value V (mg-KOH/g) of from 5 to 115, and a total degree of unsaturation V (meq/g) satisfying the relationship V &lE;(0.45/V )&plus;0.02, with a polyisocyanate compound and a hydroxylated (meth)acrylate compound.

C. with respect to its solution having a concentration of 0.5 g/dl in a solvent mixture of phenol/1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane (3/2 by weight ratio).
