Embodiments of a farrier's tool are disclosed which may to trim a horse's hoof. The farrier's tool of the instant invention employs a cam which amplifies the mechanical advantage of the tool such that the operator may trim a hoof using a single hand.

Farrier's tool

An elongate thin strip, with two similar flanges forming a 90.degree. angle, each flange having a shallow step whereby a recessed area for joint compound is provided, when used as a drywall inside corner bead.

Interior corner drywall bead

A laminated curtain wall panel is prepared by continuously disposing foam boards onto adhesively coated gypsum sheathing followed by a third layer consisting of a reinforcing mesh and a cementitious binder, as the product progresses on a conveyor. The laminated product is erected by screws which are forced through the panel by a screw gun which disposes the screw head firmly against the gypsum sheathing.

Curtain wall panel and method

A formed sheet metal corner bead having a channel portion for mounting on the edge of one sheet of wallboard and a narrow double layer flange extending laterally outward to cover the edge of a second sheet of wallboard which forms an exterior corner with the first sheet of wallboard.

Drywall exterior corner bead

A tapered edge wallboard, for monolithic wall construction, in which the taper is formed by removal of core material along an edge, as by a saw cut, and a thin layer of edge material is bent inward, closing the saw-cut groove and resulting in a taper.

Tapered edge board

A building exterior wall having an exterior surface of a concrete-stucco formed in place over panels which have a polystyrene bead board core and thin concrete facings reinforced with a fiberglass open-weave mesh.

A progressive demountable partition in which gypsum wallboard is affixed against I-shaped vertical studs by a plurality of small sheet metal clips having short tangs projecting into the wallboard back face and having a flange-engaging forwardly extending portion engaged behind the vertical stud flanges.

In the application of a plurality of layers of a settable joint compound over a reinforcing tape, in drywall construction, a thin coat of Al.sub.2 SO.sub.4 is sprayed over the tape and the board edges prior to applying the first layer and over the top of each layer immediately after the layer is applied.

Accelerated drywall joint treatment

Paper-covered gypsum wallboard of increased racking resistance which has been strengthened by impregnation completely through the thickness of the cover paper, at least throughout certain critical areas, by coating and subsequent absorption thereinto of water-free polymeric solutions. A most significant improvement results from impregnation thereinto of a moisture-curing isocyanate resin, preferably a semiprepolymer of a polyisocyanate and a polyol in combination with a viscosity reducing solvent, such as mineral spirits or xylene, and a catalyst. Improved mobile home walls are formed with the impregnated areas of gypsum board back face paper disposed over and adhered to framing members with glue or the like.
