An access door may include a core, first and second stiles defined along opposites sides of the core such that the core between the first and second stiles defines a recessed pocket with each of the first and second stiles defining a channel therein extending longitudinally along an inwardly-facing edge thereof, bottom and top elongated panels each defining tongue members at opposite sides thereof and configured to be received transversely in the recessed pocket with the tongue members received within the channels defined along the inwardly-facing edges of the first and second stiles, wherein, with the top and bottom elongated panels received in the recessed pocket, exterior faces of the first and second stiles, exterior faces of the top and bottom elongated panels, and an exposed surface of the recessed pocket between the top and bottom elongated panels define an exterior surface of one side of the door.

An access door may include a core, stiles on opposites sides of the core, an elongated panel extending transversely between the stiles, wherein a major face of the door between the stiles defines one or more recessed pockets along a top edge of the elongated panel between and the stiles and the elongated panel, and a notch formed into the top edge of the elongated panel and extending along at least one of the recessed pockets, the notch extending downwardly into the top edge of the elongated panel so as to form a lip in the top edge of the elongated panel with the notch positioned between the lip and the one or more recessed pockets, the lip and the notch of the elongated panel together forming an accessory rail, wherein the accessory rail is configured to receive and support a complementarily configured hanger base of an accessory hanger.

An illumination system is provided for an access door may include an elongated illumination housing configured to be coupled to at least one of an upstanding jamb and a corresponding jamb casing extending along the one side of the access door, an elongated light transmissive cover coupled to the illumination housing, an elongated light pipe received within the illumination housing, an illumination source housing operatively coupled to one end of the light pipe, an illumination source disposed within the illumination source housing and configured to produce and transmit visible light into the light pipe so as to be visible through the light transmissive cover, a source of electrical power, and a control unit configured to selectively apply electrical power from the source of electrical power to the illumination source to produce the visible light.

A power receptacle assembly includes a first housing, a second housing, one or more receptacle units, one or more functional receptacles, and a decorative bordered frame. Two or more through holes are disposed at lower portions of two opposing sides of the first housing to admit a hook portion formed by extending downward two outer sides of the second housing engaged with the one or more receptacle units and admit a hook portion formed by extending downward two outer sides of the one or more functional receptacle. Not only does the power receptacle feature a flexible combination of a conventional receptacle unit and a functional receptacle in operation to meet user needs and application needs, but the assembly process also features simple engagement and precise positioning.

A foot support and abduction assembly includes an abductor-mounted foot support configured for pivotal attachment proximate a foot end of a maternity bed. A calf support assembly, for mounting to the foot support, includes a housing for removably attaching the calf support to the foot support. The housing includes a spring-biased pin for releasably securing the housing to the foot support and at least one mounting stud configured for insertion into a keyhole aperture on the foot support. A calf support portion is adjustably mounted to the housing by a ball-type pivot mount. An adjustment mechanism is provided for selectively fixing the position of the calf support portion relative to the housing. The adjustment mechanism includes a slidable sleeve for locking the ball-type pivot, and a threaded rod or a cam shaft arranged to shift the slidable sleeve.

Calf support assembly for a maternity bed foot support and abduction assembly

A foot support and abduction assembly includes an abductor configured for pivotal attachment proximate a foot end of a maternity bed. The foot support is configured for locating in a stowed position below the abductor, and a calf support is attached to an undersurface of the foot support. An upright assembly has a first end that is secured to the abductor for longitudinal movement along a length of the abductor, a second end to which the foot support is movably mounted, and a locking mechanism for selectively securing the upright assembly in one of a plurality of positions along the length of the abductor. The upright assembly is further configured for movement from a deployed position to a stowed position, and the locking mechanism is unlocked when the upright assembly is in the stowed position.
