The products are for example skin-care products, hair-care products, dentifrices, cosmetics, laundry detergents and fabric softeners, non-detergent based fabric care products, household cleaners and textile-care products.

Dyed products and articles are effectively stabilized against color degradation. The products are for example skin-care products, hair-care products, dentifrices, cosmetics, laundry detergents and fabric softeners, non-detergent based fabric care products, household cleaners and textile-care products.

An ink jet recording media system is described which comprises at least one coating layer that comprises a zwitterionic copolymer or cooligomer, which copolymer or cooligomer comprises monomer units derived from at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of the zwitterionic monomers and at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of the hydroxy functional monomers and etherified hydroxy functional monomers. These compounds are effective stabilizers for thermoset resin compositions, thermoplastic resin compositions, for photographic applications, for pigmented or dyed polypropylene, polyamide or polyester fibers, and for white, dyed, dipped, unscented and/or scented candle wax against discoloration and fading when incorporated therein alone or in combination with an antioxidant.
