A remote controlled toy. The toy includes a powered projectile that can be launched from a remote controlled vehicle. The powered projectile and remote controlled vehicle may each have a motor controlled by a radio frequency ('RF') transmitter. The projectile can be shaped as an airplane that is loaded into a launch platform of the remote controlled vehicle. The user can control movement of the vehicle with the RF transmitter. The transmitter may have a launch button that is depressed by the user to launch the airplane. While in flight the user can control the airplane through the RF transmitter. The motor of the vehicle may turn off when the airplane is launched.

Rolling vehicle that launches a flying vehicle

A game wherein a player is sprayed with water if the player does not correctly answer a question within a time interval. The game may include a spray unit and an electronic visual display that are attached to a housing. The spray unit and visual display are connected to a controller circuit. The controller circuit may generate a question that is displayed by the visual display. The question can be provided to a player of the game. Alternatively, the game may have a speaker so that the question is provided to the player in an audible form. The game may initiate a timer when the question is displayed. The controller circuit can actuate the spray unit to spray a fluid onto the player if the player does not correctly answer the question within a time interval. The game may also have a reset switch which can reset the timer if a correct answer is provided within the time interval. If a correct answer is provided by the first player the same question can be provided to a second player and so forth and so on.

Game with timed water release

A toy device that leaves a liquid footprint as the device is moved along a surface. The device includes a housing that resembles a duck. Attached to the bottom of the duck is a roller that can rotate relative to the housing, so that the toy can be pushed or pulled along a sidewalk or other similar surface. The housing is connected to a handle that allows the user, such as a small child, to move the toy along the surface. Attached to the roller are a pair of sponge pads that are constructed to resemble the feet of a duck. The sponge pads are soaked with water and leave a liquid pattern when pressed into contact with a surface. The sponge pads are located on the roller, such that a duck foot shaped pattern is left on the surface each time the user moves the duck and rotates the roller.

Footprint generating toy

A toy that releases a fluid onto a player when another player successfully projects a projectile onto a target. The toy may include a basketball hoop and a container that is filled with a fluid. The hoop is coupled to the container by a release mechanism and a trigger. The container may be elevated above a player by a post. The release mechanism is switched to a released state so that the fluid is released onto the player when the projectile is thrown through the basketball hoop and engages the trigger a predetermined number of times.

Projectile activated water release game

A water game that periodically releases a volume of water. The game includes a trough that is pivotally connected to a stand. The trough is in fluid communication with a source of water such as a garden hose that is attached to the stand. The hose provides water that fills the trough. The water trough has a cavity that is offset from the stand so that the trough pivots about the stand and releases a volume of water when the water reaches a certain level. The trough rotates back into an upright position and again becomes filled with water, wherein the process is repeated. The stand can support the trough above a mat. A game participant can slide across the mat as the trough releases water to simulate a 'riding of a wave'.

Bubble and sound generating toy

A game wherein a player is squirted with water if the player does not correctly answer a question within a time interval. The game includes a plurality of cards that each have at least one question and a spray unit which has a manually activated resettable timer assembly. The timer assembly releases a fluid from the spray unit if not reset within a time interval. To play the game, the timer assembly is activated and a player is asked a question provided by a card. If the player answers the question correctly the timer is reset and the question is provided to another player. If the player does not answer the question correctly within the time interval the spray device squirts fluid onto the player. The player must then take the card, select a new card and repeat the process of setting the timer and asking other players a question from the newly selected card. This process is repeated until the players hold all of the cards. The player with the least amount of cards wins the game.

A water game that has a mat and a wall which define a reservoir that holds a volume of water. The reservoir may be separated into a plurality of individual compartments. The wall has a height that allows children to hop in and out of the reservoir. The base mat has a plurality of indicia located in separate blocked areas of the mat. The indicia are arranged so that the participants can jump about the mat in accordance with the rules of the game hopscotch. The wall may be inflated with water and contain apertures that continuously emit streams of water onto the mat area of the game to fill and replenish the reservoir.

Water mat activity with puddles and spray action

An automotive doll that is activated by light. The doll has at least two moving parts, preferably the head, arms and torso of a girl like figure. Within the torso of the doll is a motor that is connected to a plurality of gears and cams that are attached to the moving parts. The motor is preferably powered by batteries that are connected to a light sensor attached to the doll. The sensor switches on the motor when light is directed toward the sensor. When the motor is activated, the torso, arms and head all move relative to each other. The parts move through predetermined cycles, such that the head, arms and torso rotate back and forth between two positions. The drive mechanism is constructed and arranged so that each moving part rotates through a different cycle. Such an arrangement creates a doll that can move into an almost infinite variety of positions, greatly reducing the mechanical appearance of the toy.

Light activated doll

A toy car launcher includes a base which carries a combination of pulleys which cause a slide in an elongated track to be rapidly propelled down a track when a pair of handles are pulled. A car placed on the track is propelled by the slide down the track, gaining velocity until it exits the track and continues its travel. The track is hinged to ease transport and storage.

There is disclosed a ball having a foraminous outer shell with an inner membrane which forms an interior closure within the outer shell and with a timer and a release mechanism operative to open the inner membrane and release its contents after the time on the timer expires. The contents spill through the foraminous outer shell, wetting the player who is handling or catching the ball at the moment of release. The timer is activated and the ball is used in a game in which it is tossed between participants who seek to avoid becoming wet when the timer releases the water from the interior closure of the ball.

A toy slot car system which simulates off-track racing. The system includes a track, toy vehicles and remote, hand-held controllers to permit each player to control the performance of a preselected vehicle. The track has coextensive, deep slots which have their sidewalls lined with electrical strip conductors, and the toy vehicles have a posts that are received in the deep slots and that carry electrical wipers at their lowermost ends. The surface of the track is rough and uneven with severe undulations which simulate off road conditions and which cause the toy vehicles to be jostled and thrown upwardly, above the track surface during races. Since the slots are quite deep and the electrical strip connectors are quite wide, the cars can bounce over the track and loose all wheel contact with the surface of the track, without loosing electrical continuity with the track, thus creating a realistic simulation of off-track racing.
