Some embodiments of a display apparatus can present a variety of products or images of available products in an appealing manner that draws attention from consumers. In particular circumstances, the display apparatus may be readily changed by a store worker from a first configuration to a second configuration having a different appearance. For example, the display apparatus may include a generally rigid frame that receives a decorative, external sheathing in a toolless manner. Such a configuration can be useful, for example, for endcap display fixtures that are positioned at the end of store aisles, thereby providing an opportunity to promptly change the appearance of one or more endcaps and the products exhibited thereon.

Some embodiments of a point-of-sale register apparatus may include first and second printers supported by a printer stand. The printer stand may arrange the first and second printers in a vertical array so as to efficiently use the space at the point-of-sale register. In some embodiments, the vertical array of printers is positioned near a user's hands and within a user's immediate line of sight when viewing the register's display screen.

Some embodiments of a display fixture may include an articulable arm assembly that can be adjusted so as to retain items in a vertical orientation. In one implementation, the arm assembly may be mounted to a horizontal cross-member of a retail display fixture and may include two grasping arms that can be slidably adjusted relative to one another so as to contact the edges of a surfboard or wakeboard and securely display the item in an offset orientation such that the item is presented at an angle relative to a normal viewing direction. The arm assembly may include a pivot mechanism that permits the angle to be adjusted, optionally to a number of predetermined angular positions.

Some embodiments of sign assembly include a secondary sign that at least partially fits within a side cavity defined by a larger, primary sign. In particular embodiments, the primary sign includes an internal frame that defines a channel to receive a side portion of the secondary sign and thereby retain the secondary sign in a generally parallel, side-by-side configuration relative to the primary sign.
