A super steam cup cooking appliance, for cooking various food products, comprises a housing, a steam generator, and an individually-sized serving cup removably attached from the appliance housing. The steam generated by the steam generator flows into a steam manifold, a steam delivery conduit, and a steam discharge pipe. A steam flux director can be removably attached to the steam discharge. Steam, generated by means of the steam generator, can thus flow into the steam manifold, through the steam delivery conduit, through the steam discharge pipe, and out from the steam flux director so as to be conducted onto the food product disposed within the individually-sized serving cup such that the food product is cooked by the steam exiting from the steam flux director. The appliance can operate either with the steam flux director attached to the steam discharge pipe, or without the steam flux director being attached to the steam discharge pipe.

Food cooking appliance utilizing super-heated steam for cooking food

The present invention comprises a linear array of LEDs which can be utilized in conjunction with a product display case wherein the linear array of LEDs is operatively mounted upon, and disposed immediately adjacent to, a first end edge portion of a glass plate so as to effectively illuminate the glass plate by means of total internal reflection principles whereby the glass plate operatively serves as a light pipe such that the light emitted from a second opposite end edge portion of the glass light pipe can illuminate the interior portion of the product display case. Alternatively, the linear array of LED lights can be operatively mounted upon, and disposed immediately adjacent to, an edge portion of a glass shelf disposed within the product display case so as to likewise illuminate the glass shelf itself by means of total internal reflection principles whereby the illumination from the glass shelf serves to illuminate the products being displayed.

A system for routing fiber optic cable includes a hinged housing, a cable storage device connected to a first portion of the housing, and a cable guide. The cable guide includes a flexible strap having a first end connected to the cable storage device and an opposite second end coupled to a second portion of the housing. The cable guide includes a first sidewall extending upwardly from a first side of the flexible strap and a second sidewall extending upwardly from an opposite second side of the flexible strap. The cable guide defines a channel configured for receiving a cable.

Apparatus for routing cable across housing

In one embodiment, an electronics chassis with an integrated fiber fish configured to move fiber optic cable between the front and rear of the chassis. The fiber fish may be movably coupled to the chassis housing and releasably hold fiber optic cable for movement along a pathway through the chassis housing.

An electronics module assembly for detachably retaining a pair of electronic sub-modules in a single slot of a chassis. A host module of the electronics module assembly is configured to be detachably received and retained in a slot of the chassis. The host module has a height corresponding with a height of the slot of the chassis. A pair of sub-modules are configured to be detachably received and retained in the host module. The combined height of the sub-modules is no greater than the height dimension of the slot of the chassis. Therefore, where there was once only room for one electronics module in a single slot of the chassis, a pair of sub-modules with the host module may now be utilized in the single slot of the chassis.
