Compositions and methods for making a plurality of probes for analyzing a plurality of nucleic acid samples are provided. Compositions and methods for analyzing a plurality of nucleic acid samples to obtain sequence information in each nucleic acid sample are also provided.

Methods for making nucleotide probes for sequencing and synthesis

A LED light apparatus includes a conical reflection housing and a LED light source. The reflection housing has a vertex, a light opening aligning with the vertex, an inner flat reflection surface. The LED light source includes a light head alignedly pointing towards the vertex, wherein when the light head generates light a first portion of the light is accumulatively reflected by the reflection surface towards the light opening while a second portion of the light is projected towards the non-reflection arrangement to prevent the second portion of the light being reflected back to the light source for minimizing a black spot occurring at the light opening. Accordingly, the wide light pattern is refocused into a narrow beam pattern to improve the lighting efficiency. The distribution of the light output is regulated, and the heat generation is reduced.

LED lighting apparatus having heat dissipating frame

A golf bag for carrying inverted and non-inverted golf clubs includes a rectangular interior case, an exterior cover bag for enclosing the interior case, and means for carrying the golf bag. The interior case includes a base case, a top panel and a rectangular supporting shell affixed between the base case and the top panel to form a rectangular case. A front side of the base case provides seven inclined slots aligned side by side in predetermined angles of 20.degree., 24.degree., 28.degree., 32.degree., 36.degree., 40.degree., 44.degree. respectively. Each of the inclined slots extends inwardly to form an individual and isolated head cavity. Therefore, the seven club heads of a whole set of irons are adapted to respectively insert into the corresponding head cavities through the slots. The top panel has a plurality of openings aligned thereon for respectively inserting the shafts of wood clubs therethrough. Eight holders are provided on a front side of the top panel and respectively aligned right above the slots of the base case. Therefore, an upper grip of the iron club, which club head is received in the corresponding head cavity, so that the weight of the whole set of golf clubs stored in the golf bag is balanced for steady shouldering and preventing unexpected turning over of the golf bag.

An oil filter wrench for easily unscrew an oil filter from a vehicle or machinery includes a hollow wrench body which has a receiving opening provided at a top end thereof, an inner round base wall provided above a bottom end thereof, and a supporting base provided at the bottom end thereof, so as to define an interior chamber between the top end and the bottom end of the wrench body for receiving a lower portion of an oil filter therein through the receiving opening. The oil filter wrench further includes a locking device provided on the base wall for interlocking with a circular bottom edge of the oil filter when the oil filter wrench is turned in a unscrewing direction, a holding device mounted on the top end for gripping on a round body of the oil filter so as to ensure the oil filter wrench mounting on the oil filter, and a driving device integrally provided on the supporting base for driving the wrench body to rotate, in order to unlock and unscrew the oil filter by means of the locking device.
