A connector assembly includes at least one connector having terminals. A connector housing having a cavity formed therein receives the at least one connector. The connector housing includes a body having opposing top and bottom walls joined with opposing side walls. The cavity extends through the front and rear walls. The top wall includes a plurality of cam ribs formed thereon that define a travel path of the connector housing when installed.

A connector housing assembly configured to ensure proper coupling of components to align terminal cavities and terminal slots, lowering the chances that terminal cavities and terminal cavities obstruct, or possibly bend, terminal blades from a male connector is provided. The connector housing assembly includes a connector housing, a terminal position assurance (TPA), and a male blade stabilizer (MBS). The connector housing, includes a plurality of terminal cavities. The TPA and MBS include a plurality of terminal slots. The TPA includes walls that are slidingly received by an aperture in the MBS. The walls and aperture are configured to ensure that the MBA is coupled with the proper TPA and in a proper orientation. When the components of the connector housing assembly are properly coupled, the terminal cavities of the connector housing and the terminal slots of the TPA and the MBS align allowing a terminal to be seated there within.

A connector assembly includes a male housing having at least one coaxial cavity and terminal cavities. At least one female housing is shaped to be disposed in the male housing when in a connected position. The at least one female housing includes a corresponding coaxial cavity relative to the male housing and corresponding terminal cavities relative to the male housing. At least one front loaded male terminal position assurance structure is disposed in the male housing. At least one front loaded female terminal position assurance structure is connected to the at least one female housing. The front loaded male and female terminal position assurance structures lock coaxial connections and terminal connections within the male and female housings when in the connected position.

A connector assembly and system assembling an electric connector assembly are provided. The connector assembly includes a connector housing having a plurality of terminal cavities greater than the predetermined number of electric connections so as to define an empty terminal cavity and a filled terminal cavity. The connector housing further includes a blocking member. The blocking member is the blocking member disposed within each of the empty terminal cavities. Accordingly, the blocking member closes off each of the empty terminal cavities so as to prevent fluid transfer between the terminal positioning assurance member and the connector positioning assurance member so as to prevent fluid and debris transfer between the terminal positioning assurance member and the connector positioning assurance member, or stated in another way, prevents fluid and debris transfer between the first open end and the second open end.

A connector assembly for housing a coaxial connection and a terminal connection is provided. The connector assembly includes a male housing, a female housing and a lever configured to seat the male housing into the female housing at an angle. The male housing includes a first support configured to fixedly hold a first coaxial cable end. The female housing includes a second support configured to fixedly hold a second coaxial cable end. A shroud is disposed on a distal end of a second support. The inner surface of the shroud is configured to slidably engage an outer surface of the first support so as to guide the first coaxial cable end along an axis towards the second coaxial cable end, wherein the sliding engagement between the shroud and the first support overcome the angled approach as the male housing is seated into the female housing by actuation of the lever.

A connector housing having a pair of side walls, a pair of end walls and a bottom wall defining an inner space having a top opening is provided. The connector housing includes a first clip disposed on side wall and a second clip disposed on the other side wall, opposite the first clip. The first and second clips include elongated members each having respective first and second blade slots for engaging a stabilizer blade. The second clip includes a neck disposed on a distal end of the second elongated member. The neck defining a pair of shoulders. The second clip further includes a pass-through slot disposed between the neck and the top opening of the housing. The pass-through slot and the shoulders providing space for a tool to form engagement features on the first clip so as to reduce a number of tool dies needed to form the connector housing.

A connector () includes a housing () with a terminal receiving cavity () and a wire receptacle () communicating with the terminal receiving cavity ().
