A utility cart with lock box which includes a fixed housing portion mounted to the top of a cart storage unit, and a rotating housing portion rotatably mounted to the fixed housing portion. The fixed housing portion includes spaced sidewalls joined to a clear see through arcuate back wall, and an open front. The rotating housing portion includes spaced sidewalls joined to a clear see through arcuate front wall, and an open back. The rotating housing portion is dimensioned such that it can be rotated rearwardly up and over the fixed housing to provide access to items stored in the fixed housing portion, or under the closed rotating housing portion. Alternatively the rotating housing can be rotated forwardly and downwardly to enclose all items in the lock box. The items located in the lock box are visible whether the box is opened or closed.

A soft wall curtain cleaner having an elongated handle over which a slidable handle sleeve is slidably mounted. The handle is connected to a proximate cleaning pad mount. The sleeve includes a support arm which extends past the proximate cleaning pad mount and supports a distal cleaning pad mount oriented generally parallel to the proximate cleaning pad mount. Cleaning pads are mounted on the mounts. In use, the spaced mounts and their associated cleaning pads can be slipped over a curtain strip. The user can then hold the handle in one hand and the slidable handle sleeve in the other, and pull the slidable sleeve towards the user, such that the two cleaning pads firmly engage both sides of the curtain strip. The user then forces the assembly downwardly such that the cleaning pads slide downwardly over the curtain strip and clean it on both sides, throughout its length.

Soft wall curtain cleaner

A cleaning device is provided to which an easily removable and replaceable cleaning element can be attached. The cleaning device comprises an applicator head having a top side and a bottom side and defining holes there through which are sufficient in size and number that cleaning liquid collecting on the top side readily flows through the applicator head The applicator head also includes a handle mount attached to the top side of said applicator head for pivotally attaching a handle and a plurality of spaced-apart hooks extending from the bottom side of said applicator head and placed around the peripheral edge of said holes, said hooks comprising a shaft with a bard extending from the end of said shaft said barb facing in and extending over the adjacent hole.

Cleaning device for use with disposable cleaning elements

A mop assembly including a mop head and handle, and a supply of liquid connected to a valve assembly on the handle. The valve assembly includes a replaceable length of resiliently flexible tubing having a portion extending transversely through the handle and members on opposite sides of the length of tubing that are relatively movable between a closed position pinching together opposite sides of the tubing to stop the flow of liquid through it, and a spaced open position affording flow of liquid through the tube. A storage cart includes a main portion and a tray portion having a receptacle for receiving the mop head mounted on the main portion for relative movement between a vertical closed position at which the main portion covers an open side of the receptacle; and a horizontal open position at which the mop head can be inserted into or removed from the receptacle.

Mop assembly and cart

A mop assembly including a mop head and handle, and a supply of liquid connected to a valve assembly on the handle adjacent the mop head. The valve assembly includes a length of resiliently flexible tubing that has a portion extending transversely through the handle and first and second members on opposite sides of the length of tubing that are relatively movable between a closed position at which the first and second members pinch together opposite sides of the length of tubing to stop the flow of liquid through it, and an open position at which the first and second members are spaced apart to afford flow of liquid through it. Should the tubing become plugged, it can easily be replaced by disconnecting one end from a liquid supply length of tubing, withdrawing the tubing from between the first and second members, and then installing a new length of tubing. A storage cart for use with the mop assembly includes an elongate upwardly projecting main portion having walls providing a side surface, and an elongate tray portion that provides a receptacle adapted to receive the mop head. The tray portion is mounted on a bottom end of the main portion for relative movement between a closed position at which the side surface covers an open side of the receptacle to thereby afford retention of the mop head in the receptacle; and an open position with the tray portion disposed at about a right angle with respect to the main portion so that the mop head can be inserted into or removed from the receptacle and so that the bottom wall can be supported along a horizontal surface such as a floor surface with side walls of the receptacle projecting upwardly.

A liquid dispensing mechanism contained in a handle of a cleaning implement. The handle includes internal upper and lower valve assemblies sealably mounted within the handle to provide an air tight chamber therebetween for holding liquid. The upper valve assembly includes a push button actuator for introducing air into the chamber. The lower valve assembly includes a dispensing outlet for discharging the liquid from the chamber. When air is introduced into the air tight chamber through the upper valve assembly, a corresponding amount of liquid is dispensed from the chamber and out from the handle through the dispensing outlet.
