A dialysis catheter is provided. A first lumen extends through a first tubular member from a proximal portion to a distal portion, and a first orifice at the distal portion provides an opening through the first tubular member to the first lumen. The first tubular member further includes an inflation lumen extending longitudinally at least partially through a length of the first tubular member. A balloon is operably connected to an outer surface of the first tubular member proximal to the first opening, is in fluid communication with the inflation lumen. A second tubular member has a proximal portion connected to the outer surface of the first tubular member. A distal portion of the second tubular member is connected to the balloon wall. A second lumen extends through the second tubular member, and a second orifice provides an opening through the second tubular member at the distal portion.

Disclosed herein is a biopsy needle system, an adaptor for the system, and a method of using the system. The system includes an outer needle, an inner needle, and an adaptor. The outer needle has a longitudinal passage, a length, and a hub on the proximal end of the outer needle. The inner needle has a longitudinal passage and a length that is greater than the length of the outer needle. The inner needle is configured to fit within the longitudinal passage of the outer needle. The adaptor is configured to fit within the hub of the outer needle and includes a tapered longitudinal passage that guides a distal end of the inner needle through the adaptor and into the longitudinal passage of the outer needle.

Automatic scheduling and establishment of conferences

A system, method, and program for managing a user key used to sign a message for a data processing system having an encryption chip are disclosed. A user is assigned a user key. In order to encrypt and send messages to a recipient(s), the messages are encrypted with the user key. The user key, in turn, is encrypted with an associated key. The associated key is further encrypted using an encryption chip key stored on the encryption chip. The encrypted messages are communicated to a recipient to validate an association of the user with the encrypted messages. The associated key is decrypted with the encryption chip key. The user key is decrypted with the associated key, and the messages are decrypted with the user key. Thereafter, validation of the association of messages with the user is removed by revoking the associated key. In a preferred embodiment, encryption resources are centralized in a server system having the encryption chip. The server system is coupled to and provides encryption services to a plurality of client systems. Messages to be encrypted are sent from a user's client system to the server system, which encrypts the messages using the encryption chip. The encrypted messages are sent from the server system to the client system, which then transmits the encrypted messages to their intended recipient(s). All data relating to the encrypted messages are erased from the server system after the encrypted messages are sent from the server system to the client system.

System, method, and program for managing a user key used to sign a message for a data processing system

A system for communicating between networked applications and vehicles that includes a vehicle response server and a vehicle response agent. The vehicle response server can manage communications between at least one vehicle and at least one application remotely located from the vehicle, wherein the application can provide activation contexts to the vehicle. The vehicle response agent can be disposed in the vehicle. The vehicle response agent can receive the activation contexts and determine event occurrences based in part upon the activation contexts and in part upon a location of the vehicle relative to previously defined geographical boundaries specified by the vehicle response server.

Method and system for performing programmatic actions based upon vehicle approximate locations

A method of automatically organizing a meeting can include selecting a customer profile associated with a customer, identifying a representative according to the customer profile, and determining an availability for the representative based upon context information for the representative. The method further can include scheduling a meeting between the customer and the representative based upon the availability of the representative, and storing the meeting. A measure of availability for the representative can be determined according to the context information and a rating for the customer can be determined. A determination that the representative is not available can be overridden according to the measure of availability for the representative and the rating for the customer.

A method of queue busting using a wireless computing device can include executing a portlet within a wireless computing device, wherein the portlet is configured to query for kiosk availability and receiving a request to reserve a kiosk for use by a customer from the wireless computing device. The wireless computing device can be local to the kiosk. The method further can include determining availability of the kiosk according to scheduling information for the kiosk and reserving the kiosk for use by the customer for a period of time according to the step of determining availability of the kiosk. A message, which specifies reservation information, can be sent to the wireless computing device or a representative scheduled to communicate with the customer through the kiosk. A characteristic of the kiosk can be automatically configured and a communication session with the kiosk can be established.

Queue busting through assignment of kiosks to users

A method of providing reminders to facilitate a business transaction can include first identifying a personal representative of a business entity, wherein the personal representative is associated with the transaction, second determining a current availability of the personal representative according to context information for the personal representative, monitoring the transaction involving a customer and the business entity and determining whether the transaction is complete. If the transaction is not complete within a predetermined amount of time, the method can include automatically notifying the customer on behalf of the personal representative. If the transaction is not complete within an additional amount of time, the method can include automatically notifying the personal representative over a selected communication channel to contact the customer. Determining a current availability can include accessing a calendar system corresponding to the personal representative to determine whether a scheduling conflict exists.

Intelligent reminder service to track customer requests and processing

A system for permitting remotely located applications to obtain information about vehicle conditions and responsively perform programmatic actions based upon the vehicle conditions. The system can include a vehicle response server and a vehicle response agent. The vehicle response server can manage communications between one or more vehicles and at least one application remotely located from the vehicles. The application can automatically execute at least one context-dependent programmatic action based upon an event occurrence triggered by vehicle sensor input. The vehicle response agent, which resides within the vehicle can receive an activation context that specifies conditions for the event occurrence. The vehicle response agent can then monitor the vehicle for the event occurrence and, when appropriate, wirelessly convey an indication of the event occurrence to the vehicle response server. The indication can result in the automatic execution of the at least one context-dependent programmatic action.
