A disclosed gas turbine engine includes a shroud block including a mounting slot, a blade outer air seal supported within the mounting slot and a seal disposed within the mounting slot providing a seal between the blade outer air seal and the mounting slot. An anti-rotation tab is attached to the shroud block within the mounting slot for constraining movement of the seal within the mounting slot.

An active clearance control manifold assembly includes multiple arcuate manifold segments each having multiple circumferential channels axially spaced apart from one another. The circumferential channels include cooling holes facing radially inward. A tube at least partially circumscribes and fluidly interconnects the manifold segments.

A gusset extends from the airfoil portion to the platform. The gusset includes a gusset airflow passage fluidly connected to the platform airflow passage to convey an airflow to the platform airflow passage.

A turbine section for a gas turbine engine includes blade outer air seals and stator vanes that provide a core flow path. A turbine case supports blade outer air seals and stator vanes. An annular cavity is provided between an interior surface of the turbine case and the blade outer air seals and the stator vanes. A hole extends through the turbine case from an exterior surface to the interior surface. The annular cavity extends axially to an exit. A manifold circumscribes the exterior surface of the turbine case and provides an annular space therebetween. The annular space is in fluid communication with the exit of the annular cavity via the hole.

Gas turbine engine active clearance control system using inlet particle separator

A blade outer air seal (BOAS) assembly includes a rotor blade configured to rotate about an axis. The BOAS assembly also includes a BOAS positioned radially outward from the rotor blade and having a forward-facing BOAS face. The BOAS assembly also includes a shroud block positioned radially outward from the BOAS, having an aft-facing shroud face, and being configured to support the BOAS. The BOAS assembly also includes a first bellows seal extending from the forward-facing BOAS face to the aft-facing shroud face and configured to reduce fluid leakage radially between the BOAS and the shroud block.

Alternative W-seal groove arrangement

A gas turbine engine air valve assembly has first and second valving elements. The second element is rotatable about a first axis relative to the first element. The rotation controls a flow of air through the first and second elements. An actuator is coupled by a linkage to the second element. A plurality of follower member assemblies each have an insertion portion extending through a corresponding first aperture in the first valving element and a corresponding second aperture in the second element. The insertion portion is circumferentially fixed relative to one of the first and second valving elements and circumferentially moveable relative to the other of the first and second valving elements.
