A vacuum cleaner including a dirty air inlet, a fluid flow path extending from the dirty air inlet to a clean air outlet, a fluid flow motor positioned in the fluid flow path, and a filter assembly positioned in the fluid flow path. The filter assembly including a first cylindrical filter and a second cylindrical filter nested within and removable from the first cylindrical filter. An inner diameter of the first cylindrical filter is smaller than an outer diameter of the second cylindrical filter such that the second cylindrical filter is compressed in order to be nested within the first cylindrical filter.

A zone mobility system and method for an autonomous device includes a work area within which the autonomous device is intended to operate, one or more electrically separated boundary conductors, each boundary conductor surrounding a work zone within the work area, a transmitter base electrically connected to at least one of the boundary conductors, and a removably coupled transmitter configured to transmit a signal for directing movement of the autonomous device on the boundary conductor wire. The transmitted signal can be adjusted to optimize the power consumption of the transmitter, and a work operation can be commenced utilizing a transmitter interface, and/or utilizing an autonomous device user interface.

A suction nozzle is along a suction nozzle axis that extends in a direction from the front end toward the back end. The handheld vacuum further includes a suction source operable to generate an airflow through the vacuum cleaner from the suction nozzle through a cyclonic separator to a clean air exhaust. A battery that supplies power to the suction source and the battery is coupled to the housing adjacent an end of the handle. The handle extends between the battery and the cyclonic separator.

A sealing system for an electronics enclosure includes an enclosure having a first enclosure half and a second enclosure half, the first enclosure half including at least one sidewall, a multi-lip radial sealing member having a plurality of lip elements, the lip elements extending perpendicularly to the side wall, the radial sealing member being positioned between the first enclosure half and the second enclosure half such that the radial sealing member remains flush against the enclosure, and the lip elements form continuous points of contact around the perimeter of the enclosure.

A handheld vacuum cleaner that includes a fluid flow motor is positioned in a main body along a fluid flow path and defines a motor axis. A premotor filter is disposed in the main body and includes an annular filter media forming a filter axis. The annular filter media includes a first end, a second end, and a longitudinal filter surface extending between the first end and second end. The annular filter media surrounds a filter air passageway along the filter axis and upstream of the fluid flow motor. A debris separator is upstream of the premotor filter in the fluid flow path and defines a debris separator axis. The filter axis is generally parallel to the motor axis.

A handheld vacuum cleaner including a housing having a front end, a back end, a first side, and a second side, a handle having a longitudinal axis that extends in a direction toward the front and back ends of the housing, a suction source, and a cyclonic separator. The cyclonic separator includes a cylindrical wall having a first end and a second end, a first end wall located at the first end of the cylindrical wall, a dirty air inlet, a clean air outlet, a debris outlet adjacent the second end of the cylindrical wall, and a longitudinal axis surrounded by the cylindrical wall and the longitudinal axis of the cyclonic separator extends in a direction toward the first and second sides of the housing. The housing includes an aperture that extends through the first side, and the first end wall of the cyclonic separator is removable through the aperture.
