A method for supplying a controlled payment number for use on behalf of a tokenized payment account in a digital wallet for e-commerce includes: receiving, by a wallet server, at least a token identifier from an external computing device, the token identifier being associated with a tokenized payment account in the external computing device; transmitting, by the wallet server, at least the token identifier and a request flag to a processing server; identifying, by the processing server, a transaction account number associated with the token identifier, wherein the transaction account number corresponds to the payment account; identifying, by the processing server, a controlled payment number corresponding to the payment account; receiving, by the wallet server, the identified controlled payment number from the processing server; and transmitting, by the wallet server, the identified controlled payment number to the external computing device.

Method and system for enabling e-commerce via digital wallets

A method for managing personal data is disclosed. A request for an identifier (ID) token corresponding to a user is received from a virtual wallet. The ID token is generated and transmitted to the virtual wallet, where the ID token is presented to a third-party entity by a device of the user. A request for the personal data corresponding to the ID token is received from the third-party entity. A trustworthiness score for the third-party entity is determined based at least in part on an analysis of entity data corresponding to the third-party entity. The trustworthiness score and received request are transmitted to the virtual wallet and passed on to the user device. An indication of acceptance of the request and encrypted personal data associated with the generated ID token are received from the virtual wallet and transmitted to the third-party entity for processing.

Tokenized control of personal data

A method and a system are provided for processing payment card transactions in conjunction with a user device configured to detect intoxicated use. The user device includes a behavior detection application which can detect whether a user is intoxicated using the device's motion sensing hardware, user endpoint data, and application level data. When the user attempts a transaction while intoxicated, the user's device can detect that the user is impaired or sober. If impaired, the payment card system can deny the transaction. If sober, the payment card system can offer incentives for certain transactions. The payment card system can also allow sponsoring entities to pay for transactions that incentivize better behavior when a user is intoxicated or support transactions for sober users.

System, method, and device for detecting that a user is intoxicated when processing payment card transactions

Through a missing entity process any point of sale (POS) terminal can be used to help a missing entity contact find a missing entity. A missing entity system can receive a request that includes at least missing entity account information and merchant information as transmitted from the POS terminal. The request may be a missing entity service request (an API call) requesting a missing entity alert or a conventional transaction request, such as an authorization request or a preauthorization request. Upon receipt of the request, the missing entity system can obtain contact information for a missing entity contact associated with the missing entity account information and communicate, via a messaging application, the missing entity alert to the missing entity contact using the obtained contact information. The missing entity alert notifies the missing entity contact of the location of the missing entity as indicated by the merchant information.

System and methods perform identity freezing. A user input requesting halting of operations related to a plurality of accounts or profiles of the user at different local systems is received. In response, a token mapping database is accessed to identify a personally identifiable information (PII) token for the user. A freeze message with the PII token is transmitted to the different local systems to halt operations associated with the plurality of accounts or profiles of the user. Thereafter, at the different local systems, the operations associated with the plurality of accounts or profiles of the user are halted to freeze an identity of the user. More efficient communication and operations to freeze the user accounts and profiles thereby result.

Through the described contactless payment technology with payment card network to open banking network conversion, the open banking network can be leveraged to bring acceptance for digitized bank account based contactless payments. A converter can receive, via a payment card API channel, a contactless payment message, which includes at least a consumer account number, an acquirer account number, and transaction information for a transaction. The converter can convert the contactless payment message to an open banking message by obtaining a unique B2B trust token corresponding to the consumer account number and creating the open banking message for an open banking API channel using at least the B2B trust token, the acquirer account number, and the transaction information. The converter can communicate, via the open banking API channel, the open banking message to a consumer bank system.

Systems and methods are provided for notifying providers associated with virtual wallets that the virtual wallets are default virtual wallets for consumers and/or communication devices. In and embodiment, a digital card asset service computer provides access to a digital card asset application user interface (API) to an issuer device, then receives a request from a user to construct or update a digital payment card product and receives card art data for the digital payment card product responsive to one or more queries presented by the digital card asset API. The process also includes receiving, by the digital card asset service computer from the issuer device, digital payment card product characteristics data responsive to at least one digital payment card product characteristic query, transmitting computer executable instructions to the issuer device for rendering an image of a payment card on a display screen of the issuer device as the user inputs data, then receiving an indication that the user is finished inputting data, and lastly storing a payment card product data file that includes card art data and payment card product characteristics data to a cloud service.

Method and system for contextual offers on checkout

Systems and methods are provided for using an identity provider (IDP) to implement enrollment of a user to a relying party. One exemplary method includes receiving a login credential for a user from a relying party in connection with enrolling the user to the relying party, where the user is associated with a digital identity and the digital identity includes personal identifying information (PII) of the user. The method also includes generating a one-time-passcode (OTP) and transmitting the OTP to a communication device bound to the digital identity associated with the user, receiving an OTP from the relying party, and when the OTP generated by the computing device matches the OTP received from the relying party, compiling an enrollment file for the user including at least a portion of the PII of the user. A method for providing a confidence score for a seller in an online marketplace includes: storing account profiles, each including one or more unique account identifiers for one or more online marketplaces; storing activity data entries, each including data for transactional activity in an online marketplace including a marketplace identifier, two or more transacting account identifiers, and activity data; receiving a confidence request that includes a specific account identifier and marketplace identifier; identifying a specific account profile that includes the specific account identifier; identifying a set of activity data entries where a transacting account identifier matches a unique account identifier in the specific account profile; determining a confidence score for the specific account profile based on the activity data included in the identified set of activity data entries; and transmitting the confidence score in response to the received confidence request.

Method and system for determining confidence of a seller in a user marketplace

Systems and methods are provided for facilitating enrollment of consumers in programs associated with entities. One exemplary method includes, in response to a selection of registration for an account with an entity, calling an application programming interface (API) associated with a virtual wallet platform, and receiving from the virtual wallet platform, via the API, a token associated with the entity. The method also includes displaying the token to a user and receiving, from the virtual wallet platform, a packet of personal identifying information for the user. A method for subverting open transmission of personally identifiable information through the use of tokenization includes: receiving a token request from an issuing financial institution; identifying a digital token; mapping the identified digital token to a primary account number; transmitting the identified digital token to the issuing financial institution; receiving a data request from a third party, wherein the data request includes the identified digital token; replacing the identified digital token in the data request with the mapped primary account number; transmitting the data request including the mapped primary account number to the issuing financial institution; receiving a data package including one or more items of personally identifiable information; and forwarding the data package.
