An automatic control and battery power supply for a bathroom odor removal unit. The power supply comprising: a housing, the housing comprising: a top face in generally orthogonal communication with a toilet tank face; a toilet tank face in generally orthogonal communication with a bottom face; a sensor face in communication with the top face, and the toilet tank face, and where the angle between the sensor face and the toilet tank face is obtuse; a hanger connectable to the housing, and configured to hang from the upper edge of a toilet tank with the housing outside of and generally to one side of the toilet tank; a sensor located on the sensor face.

Automatic control and battery power supply

A bathroom odor removal apparatus comprising: a housing; a filter in the housing; a blower fan located in the housing; a water skirt, with a side opening, and the skirt with an open bottom, and extending from a second end of the housing; a stabilizer adaptor unit attached to the edges of the side opening; clip located on an interior surface of a top wall; a removable conduit attached to the clip; an adapter removeably coupled to a refill tube, to a first end of the removable conduit, and to a top panel; an overflow pipe adapter attached to one end of the conduit; pairs of grooves, with one groove from each pair located on a first side wall, and the second groove from each pair located on a second side wall; and the adjustable stabilizer adaptor attaches to the skirt via any pair of grooves.

Bathroom odor removal apparatus and system

A computer monitoring system for controlling the operation of a sump pump, and reporting failure of the sump pump. The computer monitoring system includes a sump pump designed for pumping water out of a sump pit, a level sensing assembly positioned within the sump pit for detecting a level of water in the sump pit, and a control interface program operationally interacting with the conventional information handling system and operationally coupled to the sump pump and the level sensing assembly through the conventional information handling system for activating the sump pump when the level sensing assembly signals that water in the sump pit has reached a predetermined level.

Computer monitoring system for pumps

A pump control and management system for monitoring and controlling sump pumps as well as providing supplemental controls and alarms. The pump control and management system includes a sump pump, a level sensing assembly, a control assembly, and at least one local sensor. The sump pump is designed for pumping water out of a sump pit. The level sensing assembly is preferably positioned within the sump pit for detecting a level of water in the sump pit. The control assembly is electrically coupled between an electrical service connection and the sump pump. The control assembly monitors electrical current drawn by the sump pump. The control assembly is also operationally coupled to the level sensing assembly. The control assembly activates the sump pump when the level sensing assembly signals that water in the sump pit has reached a predetermined level.
