Shipping system for storing and/or transporting temperature-sensitive materials. In one embodiment, the system includes an outer box having four side walls, bottom closure flaps, and top closure flaps. A vacuum insulated panel (VIP) is detachably coupled to one of the top closure flaps and is removably covered by a cover. An insulation unit is removably positioned within the outer box, the insulation unit including a plurality of VIPs arranged to define a cavity bounded by a bottom wall and four side walls. A disposable liner assembly is removably mounted on the insulation unit. The liner assembly includes a first liner piece, a second liner piece, and a liner support. A plurality of temperature-control members and a product box may be removably positioned in a cavity defined by the liner assembly. The temperature-control members snugly fit around all sides of the product box and each include a container containing dry ice.

Shipping system for storing and/or transporting temperature-sensitive materials

Shipping systems for temperature-sensitive materials and methods of making and using same. In one embodiment, the shipping system includes a cooler base and a lid. The base includes an inner portion and an outer portion. The inner portion includes a thermal insulation unit including a bottom wall and four side walls. A thermally-conductive member is positioned on the bottom wall. A polymeric bag encapsulates the thermally-conductive member and some of the thermal insulation unit. The outer portion includes thermally-insulating material and defines an opening. The inner portion is permanently bonded to the outer portion, with cavities defined therebetween. A product box is placed in the inner portion directly over the polymeric bag and the underlying thermally-conductive member. First temperature-control members are disposed within the inner portion, with at least one temperature-control member directly over the polymeric bag and the underlying thermally-conductive member. Second temperature-control members are disposed within the cavities.

Aspects of the disclosure relate to synthetic tissue or organ scaffolds and methods and compositions for promoting or maintaining their structural integrity. Aspects of the disclosure are useful to prevent scaffold damage (e.g., delamination) during or after implantation into a host. Aspects of the disclosure are useful to stabilize tissue or organ scaffolds that include electrospun fibers.

Methods and compositions for promoting the structural integrity of scaffolds for tissue engineering

Shipping system for storing and/or transporting temperature-sensitive materials. Preferably, the liner is shaped so that the temperature-control members snugly fit around all sides of the product box.

A force dampening and redirection system for use with a golf driver or fairway club head including an elongated handle terminating in a three-dimensional shaped driver or fairway head exhibiting a substantially smooth ball striking face. A vibration dampening and absorbing component, such as an elongated spring, extends within a hollow three dimensional interior associated with the club head. Upon impacting a golf ball offset from a center line associated with the striking face, an off-center striking force is more readily transferred to the spring, both to counteract twisting of the putter head and to reduce vibration of the club face at the ball contact zone, thereby increasing an effective surface area of the striking face creating a perpendicular travel direction of the ball relative to the golf club striking face.

Impact force dampening system for use with a golf driver or fairway club head

A golf putter including an elongated handle terminating in a three-dimensional shaped putter head exhibiting a substantially smooth ball striking face. A vibration inducing component being mounted to first and second locations associated with a surface of the putter head and located opposite the ball striking face. Upon impacting a golf ball offset from a center line associated with the striking face, the vibration inducing components counteract twisting of the putter head, thereby increasing an effective surface area of the striking face creating a perpendicular travel direction of the ball relative to the putting face.

Impact force dampening system for use with a golf putter head

A putter alignment tool for use in establishing a correct line of putting motion of a golf club head upon a golf ball. An elongated structure includes a first guide wall and a second spaced apart and substantially parallel extending guide wall, the first and second guide walls being secured together proximate at least one of first and second ends. A golf ball placement position is located between the guide walls at an intermediate location between its ends. First and second adjustment mechanisms are associated with at least one of the first and second guide walls. The putter head swing clearance adjustment mechanisms include inwardly projecting portions relative to the guide walls and in order to adjust a width and height (swing window) within the structure proximate the ball placement position, the mechanisms permitting unimpeded travel of the golf club head during a putting stroke.

Putter alignment tool for use in establishing a correct line of putting motion

A putter training device for judging a speed of impact of a golf club head upon a golf ball and including an elongated structure with a first guide wall and a second spaced apart and substantially parallel extending guide wall. A golf ball placement position is located at a first interconnecting end of the spaced apart guide walls. An adjustable and cross wise extending passageway with pivoting flaps is located proximate a second interconnecting end and determines a selected width for allowing passage therethrough of a golf ball which is struck at said placement portion and travels along the elongated structure between the first and second guide walls. A sensor circuit includes first and second pairs of spaced apart sensors mounted in opposing fashion and at spaced apart locations to the first and second guide walls. A counter assembly including a logic circuit interfaces with the sensor circuit to signal start and stop positions of the sensor circuit dependent upon first and second travel positions of the golf ball. A digital to analog converter is communicable with the logic circuit and converting an incremented output from the sensors for subsequent presentation on a display circuit. A power supply communicates with the sensor circuit, counter assembly, digital to analog converter and display circuit for supplying an electrical power input.
