A cart for transporting various articles, most particularly sporting goods such as ski and golf equipment, that folds into a compact package for storage including a handle folds down and a shelf that folds up and wheels that can be rotated so as to be aligned in a common plane against the frame of the cart.

A tilt/swivel display base for a product such as video display terminals and similar devices. The base contains few moving parts and results in only a limited displacement above the work surface. The display base has one or more rocker legs which have arcuate cross sections. The rocker legs allow forward and backward tilting of the video display terminal. Locking wedges are provided to stabilize the display base in a selected position. Swiveling is accomplished by rotating the entire video display terminal and display base about a vertical axis. Rotation about a vertical axis is possible due to the small area of contact between the display base rocker legs and the work surface. The locking wedges are maintained in position by locking wedge flanges with mate with a groove in the rocker leg. A tensioning device is provided to insure constant pressure between the locking wedge and the rocker leg. A stop can be incorporated on the rocker legs to prevent excessive tilting.

Remote control unit

A display workstation comprising a display monitor including an image display device mounted on a base by a mechanism permitting adjustment of the angle of tilt of the image display device, the tilt mechanism including a pair of support members upstanding from the base and providing a gap between the display device and the base between the support members. A cable connector housing is releasably retained in the gap between the support members. Individual cables from peripheral input devices extend to the front of and are releasably coupled to the housing, and a further cable is also coupled to the housing and extends from the rear thereof to a separate display control unit. The housing contains circuits providing electrical connection between the peripheral device cables and the control unit cable.
