A transmission device for a motor vehicle includes a multi-speed transmission; a multidisc clutch assigned to the multi-speed transmission for changing gears of the multi-speed transmission, and an actuating device for actuating the multidisc clutch, wherein the actuating device has a wedge mechanism which is operatively connected with the multidisc clutch for actuating the multidisc clutch.

The driveshaft is supported on the housing by at least one rolling-contact bearing and in addition by an electrically-conductive slide bearing which also establishes an electric connection between the driveshaft and the housing.
