A frame is provided for the hearing device, which frame is constructed in such a way that it holds all of the internal components. The shells or the battery compartment are secured to the frame. Thereby, a conversion of a hearing device by the ordinary acoustician is possible.

A hearing apparatus is provided with a housing and/or frame and a battery compartment that is mounted rotatably in or on the housing or frame between an open position and a closed position. The battery compartment, radially relative to the axis of rotation, has a first locking element within the battery charger area. A second locking element that corresponds to the first locking element is arranged on the housing or frame so that the battery compartment engages removably in a specified pivoted position between the open position and the closed position.

A pushbutton for a hearing device is provided. The pushbutton includes a probe guided into a housing shell and includes a locking element. The locking element produces a first snap-on connection between the housing shell and the probe when inserted into the probe. As a result, the pushbutton is fixedly connected to the housing shell, as a result of which the housing shell can be easily exchanged.
