Adjustable spring support comprising a spring plate which is axially adjustable by an annular actuator, wherein the actuator is supplied with pressure medium via a pressure medium supply system, wherein the annular actuator has a pressure medium connection to the pressure medium supply system, and the housing of the actuator is connected directly to a housing of the pressure medium supply system.

Adjustable spring support

Adjustable spring support includes a first spring plate and a second spring plate, wherein at least one of the spring plates is axially adjustable relative to the other spring plate by an actuator, wherein the actuator is supplied with pressure medium via a pump which is driven by a motor and which is connected to a supply receptacle, wherein the motor, the pump and the supply receptacle form a constructional unit, and the constructional unit provides a cylindrical surface of the actuator.

A spring plate, especially for a MacPherson strut unit, having an axial support surface for the final turn of a helical spring. The helical spring is centered by radial centering surfaces in the area of the circumferential contour of the final turn. The centering surface is divided into individual, partial centering surfaces, which come to rest against the circumferential contour of the helical spring.

Spring plate

A vibration damper including a cylinder with a cylinder-side connection member. The at least one mounted component is fastened to the cylinder by a material bond. The cylinder and the mounted component are made of plastic. The mounted component and/or the cylinder are based on at least one ready-prepared semi-finished product that forms the surface of the vibration damper on at least one body side in the final state. Plastic supplemental volume fractions determine the finished body contour.

Vibration damper

A plastic spring having a corrugated tubular body with connection surfaces at its ends for transmitting force between two structural component parts which are movable relative to one another. A connection surface of the plastic spring is constructed as a tubular body which engages in a cup element of one of the supporting structural component parts. The cup element can be filled with a displacement mass, and the tubular body accordingly carries out a displacing movement within the cup element for axially adjusting the preloading of the plastic spring.

Plastic spring for a motor vehicle chassis

Presented is a vibration damper that includes an outer cylinder with a lateral surface, a pin-shaped fastening element that includes a stop surface, and a mounting coupled to the lateral surface. The mounting defines a through-hole that is configured to receive the pin-shaped fastening element and extends circumferentially with respect to the lateral surface. The mounting includes a formation that extends in a radial direction with respect to the cylinder. The formation cooperates with the outer cylinder to form a socket for the stop surface. The stop surface rests against the mounting in an axial direction of the pin-shaped fastening element.
