A method and device for drilling, particularly percussion drilling or rotary percussion drilling a hole in soil or rock material and fixing an anchoring in the hole. To this end, a drilled hole is made by a drill bit mounted on a drill rod. The drill rod, on the rear side facing away from the drilling surface of the drill bit, is surrounded at a distance from the drill bit by an anchoring element whose outside dimension exceeds, at least in part, the circumference of the drilled hole made by the drill bit.

Method and device for drilling, particularly percussion or rotary percussion drilling, a hole in soil or rock material

A method and device for boring, particularly percussion boring or rotary percussion boring, a hole in soil or rock material and for forming an anchoring. A borehole is formed by inserting a drill bit, and a casing tube is placed inside the borehole during the boring process. Once the borehole is completed, the boring rods are detached from the drill bit and removed from the borehole. The periphery of the casing tube is provided with a number of passage openings for discharging hardenable material. A tensioning device for the anchor, particularly an anchor plate and a screw that can be screwed onto the casing tube, can be fixed to the end of the casing tube protruding from the borehole. Anchoring or fixing elements for anchoring the casing tube on the surrounding inner wall of the borehole are provided, in particular, on the end area of the casing tube oriented toward the drill bit.

Method and device for producing pretensioned anchorings

The invention relates to a method and device for the drilling, in particular the percussive drilling or rotary percussive drilling of holes () in the ground or in rock, a bore hole () being formed by a drill bit () that is mounted on a drill pipe (), by a percussive and/or rotary movement. A borehole is formed by inserting a drill bit, and tensioning elements coupled to the drill bit are introduced into the borehole. After completion, the boring rods are detached from the drill bit and removed. The boring rods are provided with a hollow space in its longitudinal direction to introduce a hardenable fluid into the borehole. Anchoring or fixing elements for anchoring on the borehole's inner wall are provided on the drill bit at the end opposite the drilling surface and/or on the tensioning elements. The tensioning elements are subjected to a turning or twisting whereby shortening their effective length for tensioning or centering so that a centering and an optionally temporary tensioning of the tensioning elements can be effected before the hardenable material completely hardens.

A drill crown () used for drilling purposes, especially for rotary percussion drilling of a mouth of a blast furnace. The drill crown () consists of a drilling head () provided with a plurality of hard material or hard metal inserts () and a base body () for connection to a drive element etc. in order to drive or impinge upon said drill crown. The hard material or hard metal inserts () are received in bores or openings () of the drill head (). According to the invention, at least one hard material or hard metal insert () is provided with an at least partially curved or domed surface contour () on the end which is received in the drill head (). Said contour cooperates with a complementary domed or curved surface of the drill head () and/or base body (), whereby the percussive energy required for appropriate drilling power is transmitted in a reliable manner, even when the hard material or hard metal insert () is slackened.

Drill crown

A device for drilling holes, including a drill bit with a drilling or breaking surface, a drill rod for introducing a rotary or percussive force and for introducing a rinsing or cooling fluid into the drill bit and a sheath pipe which defines a hollow space between the drill rod and the inside of the sheath pipe and which is supported on the drill rod or which can be connected to the drill bit. In a drilling position, the sheath pipe is situated at a distance from the rear side of the drill bit facing away from the breaking surface and the drill bit can be introduced into a rinsing position for the hollow space between the sheath pipe and the drill rod with its rear side resting on the front end of the sheath pipe facing towards the drill bit or can be connected to the front end of the sheath pipe.

A drill bit ( ) mounted on a drill rod ( ) creates a bore hole and a jacket tube ( ) is coupled to the drill rod ( ) or the drill bit ( ). In the area adjacent to the drill bit ( ) the jacket tube ( ) has at least one through hole which opens into an annular space embodied between the drill rod and the jacket tube. This allows for correspondingly safe and reliable drainage during boring, using simple measures.

Device for drilling and draining holes in soil or rock

A jacket tube for a device for drilling holes and forming an anchorage in the earth or rock. The jacket tube is coupled with a drill pipe and/or a drill bit or a drill hammer and is configured with a plurality of through openings across its periphery. Once the borehole has been made, or after an anchor has been introduced, the jacket tube can be filled with a hardenable suspension. The jacket tube consists of at least one expanded metal element which has evenly distributed through openings and connecting elements, especially sleeves, at the ends for connecting to a drill bit and/or other jacket tube elements. The borehole is therefore easy to produce and the jacket tube can be anchored securely.

Jacket tube for a drilling and anchoring device

A process and device for boring holes in soil or rocks, in particular for percussion or rotary percussion boring. A bore hole is formed by an annular drill bit mounted on boring rods and at the same time a jacket tube which surrounds the boring rods with a certain gap is introduced. The annular drill bit is flushed during boring by a flushing medium fed into the annular gap defined between the boring rods and the jacket tube. When boring is completed, a setting suspension is fed into the annular gap to form an anchorage with the boring rods. An anchorage can thus be obtained in a simple and reliable manner immediately after a bore hole is completed, in particular in loose or slack material, by a device having a simple design.

Method and device for boring holes

In a process for drilling, in particular rotary percussion or percussion drilling, and lining holes in the ground or rocks, a hole is percussion and/or rotation drilled by a cutter mounted on boring rods and a lining is formed by a jacket tube. During drilling, at least one jacket tube coupled to the cutter is drawn in the axial direction by the cutter into the bore hole and once drilling is finished, the cutter is at least partially removed from the jacket tube together with the boring rods. In a device for drilling, in particular percussion or rotary percussion drilling, and lining holes in the ground or rocks, a cutter mounted on boring rods drills a bore hole by percussion and/or rotary drilling. The cutter is divided in the radial direction. At least one jacket tube which surrounds the boring rods is located at the end of the cutter away from the drilling surface, around the outer circumference of the cutter, and is form-fittingly joined to the cutter by at least one coupling element so as to be drawn in the longitudinal direction of the bore hole.
