A coil unit for inductively charging a vehicle is provided. The coil unit includes a coil, wherein the coil includes multiple windings of at least two electric lines. The electric lines are connected in parallel. Each of the electric lines has a respective winding part, in which the windings are formed, and an additional part, in which an additional inductor unit having a predefined electric inductance is arranged.

A method for checking a test secondary unit of an inductive test charging system for charging an electrical energy store, wherein the test charging system comprises the test secondary unit having a test secondary coil and a reference primary unit having a reference primary coil, includes recording a plurality of actual primary unit impedance values of the test charging system at the reference primary coil for a corresponding plurality of test combinations of values of operating parameters of the test charging system. The method also includes comparing the plurality of actual primary unit impedance values with a reference value range for a primary unit impedance.

An inductive charging unit for a vehicle includes a trough-shaped base support having a base surface and the base surface has laterally enclosing side walls where the base surface and the side walls form a trough. A filling material is disposed in the trough and surrounds the primary coil so as to fix the primary coil mechanically.

An assistance system for assisting the driver of a motor vehicle when positioning the motor vehicle at a predefined target position is provided. The target position is preferably a charging position for wireless, in particular inductive, charging of the motor vehicle. In order to position the motor vehicle, the longitudinal movement of the vehicle can be controlled manually by one or more operator control elements (e.g., accelerator pedal, brake pedal) which can be actuated by the driver. The assistance system assists the manual longitudinal control during positioning. The assistance system serves to influence the manual longitudinal control. By influencing the manual longitudinal control, the assistance system counteracts, as a function of the respective position information, the longitudinal movement of the vehicle at least for certain relative positions, in order to bring the vehicle to a stop essentially at the target position.

An apparatus is provided for protecting high-voltage electrical connections, in particular in vehicles. A fuse for interrupting a line includes a conduction coil, which is designed to have a conduction current on the line flowing through the conduction coil and to thereby generate a magnetic field. Furthermore, the includes a control coil, which is magnetically coupled to the conduction coil, and a circuit breaker, which is designed to interrupt the line depending on a field intensity of the magnetic field. In addition, the fuse includes a control unit, which is designed to determine a control current through the control coil in order to vary the field intensity of the magnetic field, and thus to cause or suppress an interruption of the line by way of the circuit breaker.

A system includes a power withdrawal point on a power supply network and a vehicle for the corded charging of a traction battery at the power withdrawal point. The vehicle includes a charging electronics unit for charging, and is electrically connectable to the vehicle-external power withdrawal point via a charging cable. The charging cable is configured as a cable connected outside the vehicle to a station charging device for a charging process, or as a cable charging device. The station charging device or the cable charging device, respectively, is electrically connected to the power withdrawal point when a charging connection has been established, and the power withdrawal point can supply an alternating current respectively via the station charging device or via the cable charging device for charging. The station charging device or the cable charging device, respectively, is electrically connected to the charging electronics unit via a pilot line when the charging connection has been established, where the charging process is controllable by an electric pilot signal applied via the pilot line. The charging electronics unit detects physical parameters of the pilot signal via the pilot line, physical parameters of the power supply network at the power withdrawal point via the charging current lines, and physical parameters of the station charging device or of the cable charging device via the pilot line, respectively, during a charging process so as to produce a parameter data set characterizing the power withdrawal point.
