A refrigerator unit and/or a freezer unit having one or more storage shelves for the reception of refrigerated goods and/or frozen goods is provided. The unit has one or more extension arrangements which are connected to the storage shelves and by means of which the storage shelves can be pulled out of and pushed into the appliance, wherein the extension arrangements are releasably connected to the storage shelves and/or wherein the extension arrangements are releasably connected to the unit.

The invention relates to a hinge arrangement, in particular refrigerator housing comprising a refrigerator door pivotably articulated thereto, with a first part, with a second part pivotably articulated to the first part via a hinge, with a piston cylinder damping unit, which is operatively arranged between the first part and the second part for damping a pivoting movement of the two parts relative to one another, and which is articulated to at least one part.

Hinge arrangement

A refrigerator and/or freezer is provided with a glass door having a metal frame in which a glazing is inserted, the metal frame forming an outer skin of the door, which with a front-side portion and a narrow-side portion covers the front and circumferential sides of the glazing and forms the visible sides of the door, a circumferential glazing holder being connected with the outer skin. The outer skin is composed of a circumferentially integral one-piece metal casing, which on the visible sides of the door is formed without a seam, and the glazing holder is foamed into a circumferential foam body with which the metal casing is circumferentially foam-backed on its rear side.

Refrigerator and/or freezer

A refrigerator or freezer is provided with a chilling space for receiving refrigerated or frozen products and a holder for a support tray for the products, the holder at most projecting only insignificantly beyond the wall of the chilling space.

Refrigerating or freezing apparatus

A radiant heating body for a cooking hob has a heating conductor comprising a metal foil and an insulating bottom (,). To make the heating conductor easy to fit and to provide advantageous heat radiation properties the flat geometrical heating conductor pattern is separated out of the metal foil. The pattern forms heating limbs (,) whose large surface is towards the cooking hob and which are held at least at an outer annular rim (,) of the insulating bottom (,).

There is provided a radiant heating body (1) in which the temperature sensor (thermocouple element 12) of a temperature limiter is fitted at the hottest point on the underside of a glass ceramic plate (3). By virtue of that specific arrangement of the temperature sensor (12), with each type of heating arrangement, temperature measurement is effected directly at the hottest type-specific point. The temperature sensor (12) is desirably fitted in a ceramic tube (15) in order electrically to insulate it and to shield it from ambient heat.

Radiant heating body

A heating element with a radiant heating body for glass ceramic hobs, including four heating conductors which extend substantially concentrically and parallel to each other; and a ten-stage switch for switching said heating conductors through the intermediary of five output terminals.

Heating element

An output power regulating device for a radiant heating arrangement (2) having a temperature sensor (3) for detecting the temperature of the cooking surface (1), and a preselector (4), is to be so designed that it only supplies the required amount of energy to the radiant heating arrangement (2) in dependence on the thermal loading. For that purpose a microcontroller (10) cyclically detects the variation in respect of time of the actual temperature and the deviation thereof from the reference value. A memory (12) contains a value matrix for the possible pairs in respect of the variation and the deviation in the actual temperature. The microcontroller (10) takes the appropriate regulating value from the value matrix and with that value controls the radiant heating arrangement (2).
