An apparatus for shaping plastics material pre-forms to form plastics material containers may include a conveying device which conveys the containers along a pre-set conveying path, a stressing device which acts upon the containers with a flowable medium in order to expand them, a reservoir for storing the flowable medium, and a supply device which delivers the flowable medium from the reservoir to the container. A valve device controls the supply of the flowable medium into the containers, in order to expand the containers. The apparatus includes a first feed line in order to supply a flowable sterilization medium to the supply line between the reservoir and the container to be treated or in a removal line for the flowable medium, which removes the flowable medium from the containers.

A device for forming plastic preforms into plastic containers with a mobile carrier on which is arranged a plurality of blowing stations, each comprising blow mold carrier parts to hold blow mold parts, wherein at least one of these blow mold carrier parts is mobile in relation to the other blow mold carrier part, and wherein the blowing stations each comprise a carrier element to carry at least one blow mold carrier part. The device includes a clean room within which the plastic preforms can be expanded into plastic containers. The blow mold carrier parts together with the carrier element form a unit which can be demounted as a whole from the carrier.

A method for assembling a handling unit of filled containers and a corresponding method, where the handling unit comprises different container types being different with respect to at least the height, base area, base area shape or the mechanical load capacity of the containers, and the supplied containers are arranged on a handling unit carrier. The arrangement of the containers with respect to the number and/or the position and/or the rotational position of the containers on the handling unit carrier is made in dependence on at least one of the above container parameters, and the handling units can be produced flexibly and with a high packing density.
