A linear motion device, has a housing, an arm which is movably guided on the housing along a longitudinal axis and provided with two rolling surfaces composed of hardened steel and extending in direction of the longitudinal axis, the arm has a front end extending out of the housing, a separate receiving peg is fastened to the front end of the arm, a separate flange is fixed in position on the receiving peg in various rotary positions relative to the longitudinal axis, the rolling surfaces extend to a front end face of the arm, the flange is located in a region of the rolling surfaces directly adjacent to the front end face of the arm, and a separate orienting unit engages in a form-fit manner in the flange and in the rolling surfaces.

A linear guide/feed module has a tubular boom movable along a movement axis, a housing encompassing the tubular boom so that the boom is travelable out of and into the housing along the movement axis, a drive unit for driving the boom to move in relation to the housing, at least two recirculating rolling element rows supporting the boom in the housing for its movement in relation to the housing along the movement axis and spaced apart from each other in a circumference direction around the movement axis, with each of the recirculating rolling element rows having a force-loaded rolling element carrying segment extending essentially in a direction of the movement axis and an essentially unloaded rolling element return segment, and a guide body encompassing the boom at least in segments in the circumferential direction, provided in the housing and having rolling element passages of the rolling element return segments formed into it as well as raceways on a housing side of the rolling element carrying segments of the at least two rolling element rows.

A linear guide unit has an elongated guide housing having a longitudinal axis and having walls bordering a guide cavity, with two side walls form a longitudinal opening of the guide cavity, a slider that is movably guided in the direction of the longitudinal axis on at least one guide track provided in the guide cavity and connectable with a unit to be moved by the linear guide unit through the longitudinal opening, a drive device for moving the slider in the direction of the longitudinal axis, a profiled channel attachable to the guide housing for housing functional elements, with the positive connection is additionally secured by frictional engagement or by snapping into place, wherein the profiled channel has at least one lateral mounting projection and is in holding contact via this mounting projection with the exposed end of a side wall or a part joined therewith.

Linear guide unit

A linear guide device comprises a guide base on which a runner assembly is movably guided in the direction of a longitudinal axis of the guide base. The runner assembly is driven along the longitudinal axis by a drive spindle that is in threaded engagement with a drive nut on the runner assembly. For additional support of the drive spindle there is a pair of spindle support units, one unit on either side of the runner assembly. A traction rope formed as an endless loop connects the two spindle support units and is reversed over a pulley at the ends of the guide base. The traction rope moves freely past the runner assembly such that the spindle support units are displaceable along the longitudinal axis by abutment of the runner assembly against one of the spindle support units, the other spindle support unit being towed along the guide base in following relation by the traction rope.
