A toothed washer, in particular for fixing a tube line introduced in a fluid connector in an insertion direction, including an annular base having a toothed washer central axis. At the inner circumference of the base, cutting teeth are respectively disposed as a single component on the base radially inward and obliquely to the toothed washer central axis and extending in the insertion direction over an overmolded resilient hinge section and an overmolded retaining section connected thereto. The cutting teeth are configured such that in the event of a fixing movement of the tube line, the cutting teeth cut-in against the insertion direction into an outer circumference of the tube line, wherein the cutting teeth include a cutting surface for cutting into the outer circumference of the tube line to be fixed. The cutting teeth have a support surface, and the support surface is configured set back radially outward as viewed from the cutting surface, so that the cutting-in of the respective cutting tooth is limited during a placing of the support surface onto the outer circumference of the tube line. Furthermore, the invention relates to a fluid connector for tube line installation, in particular fluid-guiding tube lines, including a receptacle section for introducing a tube line in an insertion direction, as well as a retaining element, configured as such a toothed washer, disposed in a receptacle section.

Toothed washer

A line connector for media lines including a fluid connector having at least one connection section for terminal connection to a fluid line and having a transition section with an inner fluid channel adjoining the connection section. An electric heating element is provided at least in certain areas. The fluid connector is encased by encapsulation at least in the region of the heating element. The encapsulation has a branch for an electric supply conductor for the heating element. A ready-made media line includes the above mentioned line connector and an attached fluid line.

Line connector and ready-made media line

A preassembled line for axial engagement with a mating coupling part. The preassembled line includes a line connector having of a connector body with a connecting portion to which a media line is connected and also includes a coupling portion with sealing means for sealing relative to the mating coupling part. The media line is provided with a heating wire arranged on the coupling portion. The connector body, the media line and the heating wire being surrounded at one end by a housing that has a latching part for connecting with the mating coupling part. The latching part is formed on the housing portion surrounding the coupling portion. Sealing of the preassembled media line to the mating coupling part is separated from connecting of the preassembled media line to the mating coupling part and separately performed by the connector body and the housing.

Preassembled media line

A heatable fluid line having a pipeline and an electrical heat conductor extending at least over a section of the pipeline. The pipeline has at least two longitudinal sections that are configured differently in respect of the material properties and/or design thereof. At least one first longitudinal section is formed of a first material and a second longitudinal section is formed of a second material. The material of the second longitudinal section is more flexible and/or has a higher resilience than the material of the first longitudinal section. A described method for producing the fluid line relates to an adaptive attachment of the heat conductor on the outside of the pipeline that permits the heat conductor to be wound around fluid coupling and/or connector parts, in particular the housings by means of which the line is assembled, without strand separation.

Heatable fluid line, use thereof and method for producing same

For a heatable medium pipe having at least one pipe connector and heating element, wherein the heating element has a few wires, in particular one or two wires, wherein the wire(s) extend continuously along the medium pipe and along the at least one pipe connector. In a method for producing a heatable medium pipe, comprising the medium pipe, at least one pipe connector, a transition area between the medium pipe and the pipe connector, and at least one heating element, wherein the heating element has a few wires, in particular one or two wires, the medium pipe is pre-assembled with the at least one pipe connector, the wire or the few wires of the heating element are pre-assembled as a double-laid, one or two-part element or as an element connected to form a continuous part, the wire(s) are fastened on the outside of the pipe connector, transition area and medium pipe, and the ends of the wire(s) are guided into a feed-in connector for connecting to a current source or voltage source.

Heatable medium pipe

A heatable medium pipe having at least one pipe connector and heating element, wherein the heating element has a few wires, in particular two wires, and said wires extend continuously along the medium pipe and along the at least one pipe connector. In a method for producing such a heatable medium pipe, the heating element is continuously wound around a tubular medium pipe and the heating element is pre-assembled on the medium pipe in that the heating element is fastened or fixed by at least one fastening element, the medium pipe is cut to a first length for the particular application, the length corresponding to the desired medium pipe length (l) plus the heating element length (l) required for wrapping around the at least one pipe connector and the transition area the fastening element is removed in the region outside the desired medium pipe length (l), the heating element is unwrapped from the medium pipe section cut from the first length, the medium pipe is cut to the desired medium pipe length (l) to form a second medium pipe section, the medium pipe section is connected to the at least one pipe connector as the medium pipe, and the heating element is at least wrapped around the at least one pipe connector.

Heatable medium pipe and method for producing same

The present invention relates to an electrically heatable media line (), comprising a fluid line () and at least one fluid connector () connected to a line end (). The fluid line () and the fluid connector () respectively have electric heating means (), wherein the fluid line () and/or the fluid connector () including electric connections () of the heating means () are/is enclosed by a plastic molding compound.

Heatable media line

The present invention relates to an electrically heatable media line comprising a fluid line and at least one line connector, which comprises a fluid connector connected to a line end of the fluid line and an outer housing. The fluid line and the line connector each have electrical heating means, wherein the fluid connector is enclosed at least in the region of the heating means and together with an end section of the fluid line by the housing. The housing has fixing means for accommodating, in a mechanically fixing manner, the fluid connector with the connected line end and electrical conductors and conductor connectors of the heating means.

Electrically heatable media line and line connector

The present invention relates to a preassembled media line with a line connector, composed of a connector body with a connecting portion to which a media line is connected, and with a coupling portion for sealed connection to a mating coupling part. In this arrangement, the media line is provided with a heating wire and said heating wire is continued from the connector body and the media line, when connected, in such a manner that it is arranged at least partially on the coupling portion. The connector body and the media line are surrounded at the end by a housing formed, in particular, from housing shells, the sealing function and a retaining function being divided between the housing and the connector body.

A connection arrangement for a wall passage, in particular for positioning with a through-opening of a wall element and for the connection of at least one media conduit. The connection arrangement including a connector part with a first connection section that is to be passed through the through-opening, and an oppositely placed second connection section with a contact element for limiting the amount of insertion at the wall element, as well as with a retaining element for locking the connector part in its assembly position, where it is inserted into the through-opening. The connector part includes at least two separate parts, an installation part for retention in the through-opening of the wall element and a connection part, which can be connected to the installation part, and which further contains the connection sections.

Connection device for fluid lines in the region of a wall duct and wall element

A coupling device for tubes and/or pipes comprising two substantially identical plate-type coupling parts is provided. Each coupling part has an even number of openings to receive inserted plug-in couplings configured as plug parts or socket parts. In one embodiment, the receiving openings for plug parts are arranged mirror-symmetrically across an axis of symmetry from the receiving openings for socket parts. The plug and socket parts are joined by first inserting and securing them into their respective receiving openings in the two coupling parts, then connecting the coupling parts.

Coupling device for media conduits

A connector device having a housing part and a clamping ring arranged in the receiving hole and cooperating with an inner cone of the housing part to lock a plugged-in media conduit. An inner insertion piece is removably connected to a base piece and provided with the inner cone. The insertion piece has at least two radially elastic spring arms to enable removal of the conduit. Radially outward-protruding catching extensions of the spring arms engage catching holes for detaching purposes. A contamination seal is disposed in the region of free ends of the spring arms to circumferentially rest upon the media conduit. The catching extensions are disconnected from the sealing area via a deformation zone so that the radial detaching movement of the catching extensions is performed without being influenced by the contamination seal because the deformation zone is deformed.

Connector device for media conduits

The invention relates to a plug-in coupling for fluid systems having two coupling parts connectable to one another, which each have coordinated catches for connecting them together, one of the coupling parts having an end union section, by means of which it can be plugged into the other coupling part, and one of the coupling parts having at least one end retaining section carrying its catches, by means of which section it grips over an outer peripheral contour of the other coupling part, on which the coordinated complementary catches are formed. In order to achieve a simplified means of detachment whilst ensuring ease of assembly and a highly stable connection of such a plug-in coupling, it is proposed to provide a separate release part, which in the assembled state is held on the first coupling part and/or the second coupling part and which serves for separating the locking connection between the catches of the first coupling part and the catches of the second coupling part.

Plug-in coupling for fluid systems

The plug type connection of this invention consists of two coupling parts which can be fitted together, to be precise a socket part and a plug part, it being possible for the plug part, with a plug shank, to be inserted in a sealing manner into a locating opening of the socket part and to be releasably locked in the plugged-in state via a locking arrangement, the locking arrangement consisting, on the one hand, of two outer, radial, flange-like retaining webs, axially adjacent in the plug-in direction in the plugged-in state, of the two coupling parts and, on the other hand, of a retaining element which, with at least one retaining section which is C-shaped in axial section, axially and radially encloses the retaining webs of the two coupling parts in a positive-locking manner.

Connection for fluid lines

A latchable line connector having a plug-in part for connecting at least one pressure or flow line, such as a fuel line, into a plug-in opening of a connector counterpart. Mechanical stress between the plug-in part and the connector counterpart is reduced by resilient latching arms that grip around and behind the plug-in part in the plugged-in position and thereby latch it relative to the connector counterpart in a manner secure against tilting and twisting.
