A surgical fixation system includes at least one anchoring element with an anchoring portion for anchoring to a bone and with a receiving portion for a stabilization element for connecting to a further anchoring element. The stabilization element is arrangeable and fixable in the receiving portion with a fixing element. The fixation system includes an abutment element arranged on the receiving portion. The receiving portion abuts against the anchoring portion for the placement of the stabilization element. The abutment element has at least one deformation region for deforming in dependence on a fixing force of the fixing element acting on the stabilization element.

Surgical fixation system

In order to improve a surgical instrumentarium for preparing a femur and a tibia for the implantation of the knee joint endoprosthesis, which instrumentarium comprises a first sawing template with three guidance slots for guiding a saw blade, which three guidance slots define three intersecting cutting planes, in such a way that the number of necessary instruments of the instrumentarium may be reduced, it is proposed that the instrumentarium comprises a second sawing template, that the second sawing template has a fourth guidance slot for guiding a saw blade, and that the first sawing template and the second sawing template are coupled to each other in a force- and/or form-fitting manner in a coupling position and are separated from each other in a separating position.

Surgical instrumentarium

A filter cassette which is part of a filter system can be fastened to a sterile container lid. The sterile container lid serves to close a sterile container and to make a gas exchange possible between the container exterior and the container interior, without recontaminating the container material. In addition, the filter system fulfils a valve function. In order to center the filter cassette with respect to the sterile container lid, a first centering portion is provided on the filter cassette. The first centering portion interacts with a second centering portion on the sterile container wall section when the filter cassette is inserted into the sterile container lid.
