A power split transmission has a drive shaft with a first mechanical branch comprising a planetary gear arrangement with at least two sun gears, a first ring gear and a planetary web, on which double planetary gears are arranged, which mesh with the sun gears and with the first ring gear, at least one of the sun gears being coupled to the drive shaft, with a continuously adjustable second branch, which can be connected at least partially to the first, mechanical branch via the planetary gear arrangement and comprises at least two adjustable hydraulic units which can be energetically coupled to one another and can be operated in each case in both directions as a motor or pump, and with an output shaft which can be coupled to the drive shaft via the first, mechanical branch and the second branch, the planetary gear arrangement being assigned a planetary reversing gear by means of which the direction of rotation of the first, mechanical branch can be reversed.

The invention relates to a power split gearbox for a motor vehicle. The power split gearbox comprises a drive shaft which can be connected to an internal combustion engine in order to feed in torque, a first mechanical branch with a planetary gear mechanism arrangement, an infinitely variable second branch which can be connected to the first branch and comprises two adjustable energy converters which can be coupled to one another in energy terms and can be operated in each case in both directions, and at least one output shaft which can be coupled to the drive shaft via the first and the second branch. At least one first reversing stage is provided between the drive shaft and the output shaft for changing between at least one first forward driving range and at least one first reverse driving range, wherein the reversing stage either reverses or keeps constant all of the rotational directions of the sun gears, the internal gear and the spider shaft during changing between the first forward driving range and the first reverse driving range.

Hydrostatically power-splitting transmission

A power-branched transmission, particularly for agricultural vehicles such as tractors or similar, includes a stepped planetary gear which is disposed between an input shaft and an output shaft and is used for dividing the power supplied at the input shaft onto a mechanical power branch and a hydraulic power branch. The hydraulic power branch is formed by two hydraulically interconnected, identical hydrostatic axial piston engines which can be selectively operated as a pump or an engine, can be swiveled within a predefined pivoting angle, and can be connected to the input shaft or the stepped planetary gear in a different manner via two respective clutches so as to cover different operating ranges or running steps. The invention relates to a hydrostatic axial piston machine having a cylinder block which can be rotated about a first axis, the cylinder block being provided with a plurality of cylinder bores which extend in the axial direction and which are arranged on a partial circle which is concentric in relation to the first axis, in addition to a plane which can be rotated about a second axis, whereon a number of pistons associated with the bores, can be articulated in a pivotable manner on a second partial circle which is concentric in relation to the second axis and form a ring. Also provided is a device for synchronizing the rotation of the cylinder block about the first axis and the drive shaft about the second axis. The cylinder block and the drive shaft can be adjusted in a continuous manner using both axes, between a first position, wherein both axes are parallel, and a second position, wherein both axes together form a maximum pivoting angle which is different from zero.

Hydrostatic axial piston machine and use of said machine

The present invention relates to control of a hydraulic piston/cylinder unit, in particular a multi-disc clutch having a control valve which can be moved into an open and a closed position, a first connecting line connected to the hydraulic piston/cylinder unit and a second connecting line connected to a pressure feed. The first and second connecting lines are in communication with the control valve. The first connecting line is designed such that when subjected to pressure, a force acting in the closed position can be generated on the control valve. The control further possesses a first control line which is in connection with the control valve such that when subjected to pressure, a force acting in the open position can be generated on the control valve. Furthermore, a restrictor element is provided whose inlet can be connected to the pressure feed and whose outlet is in communication with a pressure store and the first control line. The control valve is designed such that it is moved from the open position to the closed position when the pressure force acting in the first connecting line exceeds the pressure force acting in the first control line by a given amount.
