Apparatus for the continuous vacuum cleaning of oil operating on the principle of continuous alteration of a compression, and of a separating cycle, by utilizing a combined action of quasistationary processes instigated by reduced pressure and of non stationary processes generated by a hydrodynamic cavitator. Due to a repeated circulation of the oil filling through a non-stationary and a quasistationary separating process, a high purity of oil, which is subsequently forced back into the container of the oil system, or of an electric transformer, respectively, is achieved and simultaneously a safe removal of contaminations.

Apparatus for the continuous vacuum cleaning of oil

Contaminants of oil fillings of technological units using oil as a cooling, lubricating, insulating, or power medium, are removed by periodically applying a separating working cycle and a pressure working cycle in a vessel connected with the oil system of the technological unit, and returning the cleaned oil to the oil system of the unit. In the course of the separating working cycle, gaseous and liquid contaminants in the vessel are brought to boiling by under-pressure generated by a reversible pump; a gas-liquid cushion created thereby above the oil surface in the vessel is displaced from the vessel in the course of the following pressure working cycle, which is caused by the reverse action of the pump, while the cleaned oil is returned to the oil system of the technological unit. Both cycles are repeated as often as required to clean the oil to the desired degree.

Apparatus for vacuum cleaning of oil fillings

Arrangement for sucking-off gases, creating by means of water supplied to an annular nozzle surrounding the outlet of a gas conduit and forming a first hydraulic pump with a vortex, thereby mixing the gas and water thoroughly and sucking off the mixture by a second annular water nozzle into an ejector or second pump extending into a diffuser which terminates below the level of water in a vessel, where separation of the gas and water takes place.

Arrangement for sucking-off gases

There is disclosed a circuit arrangement for regulating the level of a liquid in vessels. The arrangement according to this invention comprises a draining vessel with a draining conduit, a fluid level pick-up device, a compensation pick-up device, and a working element. The main feature of the circuit arrangement is that the compensation pick-up device is connected to the draining vessel above the regulated liquid level and the upper part of the fluid level pick-up device is also connected to the draining conduit above the regulated liquid level. The lower part of the fluid level pick-up device is connected below the regulated level equally to the draining conduit. The transmission nozzles of both the compensation fluid pick-up device and of the fluid level pick-up device are connected to the feeding conduit, the receiving nozzle of the compensating fluid pick-up device is connected to a lower space of the working element via a compensation conduit, whereas the receiving nozzle of the fluid level pick-up device is connected with the upper space of the working element via a signal conduit.
