A vehicle cargo storage system configured to be located in a floor of a vehicle, the vehicle cargo storage system includes a compartment configured to extend into and below the floor of the vehicle, and a cover movable between a closed position covering the compartment and providing a load floor and an upright open position to expose the compartment. The system also includes a retractable load floor holder comprising a protrusion coupled with an interior of the vehicle, the load floor holder having at least one bias arm and a side first surface and a rear second surface, wherein when the cargo floor cover is configured to move with force from the closed position to the upright open position to allow the cargo floor cover to slide along the side first surface of the protrusion and depress the protrusion, and is supported in the upright open position by the rear second surface.

A vehicle trim assembly includes a trim panel, which defines a retaining member that includes a connector and an engagement plate. The engagement plate has a width greater than a width of the connector. The engagement plate includes a locking arm. A first attachment feature is engageable with the retaining member in a first use condition. A second attachment feature is engageable with the retaining member in a second use condition. The first and second attachment features each include a base having a proximal support and a distal support, a clip coupled to the distal support and configured to engage a vehicle body, and guide features coupled to the proximal support. The guide features are configured to receive the engagement plate of the retaining member. A protrusion is coupled to the proximal support. The locking arm is configured to engage the protrusion to lock the base on the retaining member.

A damper for a vehicle cargo panel includes an adaptor body that has an attachment surface and an engagement surface. A plurality of flexures outwardly extend from the engagement surface of the adaptor body and has a planar extension that is coupled to the engagement surface and a curved end. The plurality of flexures is operable between an extended condition and a compressed condition. A coupling member is disposed on the adaptor body and is configured to couple the adaptor body to said vehicle cargo panel.

The assembly includes a base comprising attachment features and a flapper door connected to the base via the attachment features and a first pivot axis to allow the door to rotate between open and closed positions, wherein the flapper door further comprises at least one cantilever spring integrally formed with the flapper door, wherein the cantilever spring comprises a beam and a second pivot axis offset from the first rod to bias the flapper door to the closed position.
