A removable device for attaching two mechanical parts includes a pin removably locking a first part with respect to a second part, a retainer member on the pin and a resiliently loaded tension member which collaborate to prevent the pin from coming out of its locked position; the removable device further includes at least two inclined surfaces, the general shape of which is that of a projection oriented in the axial direction of the pin, such that when the pin rotates, the retainer member runs along the inclined surfaces and the pin moves between the locked position and unlocked position against a force exerted on the pin along a longitudinal axial direction of the pin exerted by the tension member.

Wearing element with enhanced wear resistance related to wearing elements, such as cast steel teeth to be specially used in machinery for earth-moving, ground-engaging and/or rock-loading applications, as well as to inserts to be included within the wearing elements, to enhance their wear resistance thus prolonging their service life.

Detachable fastening system between a male piece () and a female piece (), pin () and female piece (), specifically for use in machines for moving earth and stones. It is formed by a tooth () with a transverse aperture, a tooth holder () with another transverse aperture, a pin with an intermediate nipple, and an elastic tensor () located in a complementary cavity of the tooth holder (). The penetration and subsequent rotation of the pin () immobilizes it axially, as it is held in said angular position by the action of the tensor (). In addition, the pin () has at one end a projection that interacts with a groove ramped helicoidally and fitted in the aperture of the tooth in order to absorb the axial forces, by unloading the tensor () thereof, and also in order to limit the angular distance travelled by the pin between the blocking and unblocking positions, and in order to facilitate possible extraction thereof.

The device is characterized in that the nose of the tooth-carrier has a general structure in which two end regions thereof, one corresponding to the area of junction of the said nose with the body of the tooth-carrier and the other to the free end of the tooth-carrier, assume in cross-section a dovetail structure, the dovetail at the first end region being inverted compared to the dovetail at the second end region, the cross-section of the end projection of the nose of the tooth-carrier being constant and the upper face of junction of the said projection with the base of the tooth-carrier assuming a curved structure with the convexity directed outwards, the lateral faces of the nose of the tooth-carrier assuming a structure of flat facets, one of them carrying in proximity to the junction with the body of the tooth-carrier a substantially vertical indentation for the coupling of the retaining cotter pin.

The device is characterized by the coupling protuberance of the tooth in a zone which is adjacent to the base of the tooth and is comprised of side faces which are both inclined from said base towards the axis of the piece and from the lower edge inwardly, and also presenting an upper face inclined from top to bottom and a lower planar face, continued into a second zone which presents additionally planar faces extending from the lower edges of the protuberance and showing an inward inclination; the coupling protuberance is terminated by a posture section of which the side faces extend from an upper planar face which is parallel to the piece axis, and inclined inwardly and joining a unique lower face which is also planar and parallel to the piece axis and terminated at the planar extremity of the protuberance which is perpendicular to the piece axis.
