Database systems and methods are provided for securing actions associated with graphical user interface (GUI) elements within an instance of a web application using a web application firewall. One method of securing an action associated with a GUI element within a GUI display of an instance of a web application involves monitoring a location associated with the GUI element associated with the action within the GUI display of the instance of the web application, detecting an event associated with the GUI element within the location of the GUI display, capturing event metadata associated with the event within a context of the instance of the web application, authenticating the event when the event metadata corresponds to authentication configuration metadata associated with the GUI element, and providing event data corresponding to the event to the GUI element to initiate the action in response to authenticating the event.

GUI event authentication methods and systems using a web application firewall

A user device (e.g., a computing device, a smart device, a mobile device, a laptop, a tablet, a set-top box, a display device, etc.) may generate, based on a request for conversational history information, a timeline for a user interface comprising an interactive timeline indicator indicating a conversation that occurred during a time window. The user device may display, based on an interaction with the interactive timeline indicator, a graphical representation of the time window that indicates a circular order of occurrence for the conversation and other conversations that occurred during the time window. The user device may display the conversation based on an interaction with an interactive element that indicates when within the circular order of occurrence the conversation occurred.

A header and a timestamp element for the header may be generated based on a request to process data for a page of a user interface. A tooltip with descriptive information for the timestamp element may be generated and displayed based on proximity of an interactive element to the timestamp element, and a page representation window may be displayed based on an interaction with the timestamp element. The page representation window includes a representation of the data field and its content that is indicative of how the data field and its content existed at a time of the request to process data. Moreover, an indicator of correspondence between the timestamp element and the page representation window may be displayed. Based on interaction with a settings indicator element, a header settings window for modifying settings for the header may be displayed with view options (e.g., all, custom, etc.) for data submissions.

A summary window that provides a summary of intelligence dashboards of a user interface may be displayed.

A method to manage domain-based security profiles in a content delivery network (CDN) is disclosed. The method includes receiving security events detected by one or more security solutions implemented by one or more CDN instances of the CDN, determining, for each of a plurality of domains, a risk score for the domain based on the security events, determining possible next level domains for a CDN instance of the CDN, determining an updated order of an auto-adjusting list maintained by the CDN instance based on risk scores for the domains included in the auto-adjusting list and the possible next level domains for the CDN instance, and sending an update to the CDN instance to cause the CDN instance to update the order of the auto-adjusting list to reflect the updated order, wherein the order of the auto-adjusting list indicates an eviction priority for the domains included in the auto-adjusting list.

Managing security profiles in content delivery networks

A method and apparatus for avoiding exposure of data that was entered into a web application in the context of having that data scanned by a third-party web application firewall (WAF). The apparatus receives, in response to forwarding a request to a web application, a response from the web application that includes a web form. The apparatus forwards the response to a browser and in response receives a second request that includes a version of the web form modified by the browser such that data entered into a plurality of fields of the web form was extracted, aggregated, and homomorphically encrypted. The apparatus causes the second request to be scanned by the third party WAF using one or more homomorphic encryption signatures, and in response to the scanning determines whether to forward the second request to the web application or take corrective action.

Methods and systems for data processing and troubleshooting at a query management service are described. The query management service may receive, via a proxy between the query management service and a communication service, an indication of a query from a user of the communication service. The query management service may determine an intent of the query based on using a third-party natural language processing (NLP) model and customized logic to analyze the query. The query management service may obtain query results based on executing, within a distributed computing environment that includes the query management service and a set of multi-substrate network security services, a sequence of actions, that correspond to the intent of the query. The query management service may transmit an indication of the query results to the communication service, where the query results are rendered according to feedback information received from the user.

The method may include retrieving, via the one or more load balanced dynamic endpoints and from the repository, one or more first access configurations of the plurality of access configurations and the one or more first access configurations may be associated with the processing entity.
