A gasket for installation within a cavity between a support shell and a liner panel of a combustor wall assembly, the support shell having a multiple of impingement holes, and the liner panel having a multiple of film holes, the gasket including a multiple of cells arranged with respect to the multiple of impingement holes and the multiple of film holes, wherein at least one of the multiple of cells segregate a respective subset of the multiple of impingement holes and a subset of the multiple of film holes.

A combined liner and panel for use in a gas turbine engine comprise a ceramic matrix composite panel having a plurality of extending members extending away from a face of ceramic matrix composite panel which will face hot products of combustion. A liner includes a plurality of spring members that apply a bias force biasing the extending members. The spring members bias the extending members on the panel in a direction away from the face of the panel which will face the hot products of combustion. A gas turbine engine, and a method of attaching a ceramic matrix composite panel to a liner are also disclosed.

A variable vane assembly for a gas turbine engine includes a case having a bore and a recess. The case provides a first portion of a flow path surface. A vane includes a journal that extends along an axis from a vane end and received in the bore. An insert is arranged in the recess and provides a second portion of the flow path surface adjacent to the first flow path surface. The insert includes a pocket that slidably receives the vane end. The vane end is configured to move axially relative to the insert.

An example turbomachine exhaust flow diverting assembly includes an upstream flow diverter disposed about a rotational axis of a turbomachine, and a downstream flow diverter disposed about the rotational axis and axially misaligned with the upstream flow diverter, the upstream flow diverter and the downstream flow diverter both independently moveable between a first position and a second position, the first position permitting more bypass flow from a bypass flow passage to a core flow passage than the second position.

An exemplary turbomachine exhaust flow diverting assembly includes an outer flow diverter distributed about a rotational axis of a turbomachine. The outer flow diverter moveable between a first position and a second position. The outer flow diverter in the first position permits more flow through a main bypass flow passage and less flow through a third stream bypass flow passage. The outer flow diverter in the second position permits more flow through the third stream bypass flow passage and less flow through the main bypass flow passage.

An augmentor assembly for a gas turbine engine includes an alignment assembly disposed along an axis having a base and a plate. The base includes a plurality of grooves. The plate includes a plurality of flanges in mating engagement to the plurality of grooves. A first component and a second component are attached to the alignment assembly. The mating engagement of the plurality of grooves and the plurality of flanges is arranged to provide incremental adjustment to define a position of the first component relative to the second component.

A nut plate fastener includes a basket and a nut. The basket includes a web that extends laterally between a plurality of lipped flanges. The web and the lipped flanges form a channel that extends longitudinally through the basket. The web includes a fastener aperture, with an elongated cross-sectional geometry, that extends vertically through the web. The nut is arranged within the channel and aligned longitudinally with the fastener aperture. The lipped flanges retain the nut laterally and vertically within the channel.
