A method for isochronous data transmission in industrial network. The industrial network includes first sub-network including first industrial devices and first base station, second sub-network including second industrial devices and first routing means, first wireless device configured to provide a communication between the first industrial devices and the first base station, a network controller coupled to the first base station and to the first routing means, and a reference clock. The method including providing first timing information to the first sub-network and second timing information to the second sub-network, configuring the first wireless device to transfer data from the first industrial devices to the network controller based on the first timing information, receiving the data from the first sub-network and transferring the received data from the network controller to the second industrial devices of the second sub-network via routing means using the second timing information.

System and method for isochronous data transmission in industrial network

Enhanced mobility management

The present invention relates to a system that comprises a rendering server, a rendering device, and a control device. The control device and the rendering device comprise a browser. The browsers are used to establish a first web link between the control device and the rendering server, and a second web link between the rendering device and the rendering server. The rendering device may connect to the rendering server over the second web link to register to the rendering server and pair with the control device. The control device may connect to the rendering server over the first web link to register and pair with available rendering devices that would be used for rendering content. During operation the control device may control information identifying the rendering device and a content data item for rendering over the first web link to the rendering server. The rendering server may generate, in response to the first control information, second control information that includes rendering control commands for rendering the identified content data item, and send it to the identified rendering device over the second web link. The rendering device renders the content data item according to the rendering control commands received from the rendering server.

Rendering system

A computer-implemented apparatus and method for communicating partial notifications relating to a presentity's presence information. The communication may be effected between presence servers and terminals coupled to the presence servers via a network. At least one presentity is identified to which a terminal has requested presence services. A presence document is created, where the presence document includes presence information corresponding to the presentity. The presence information is configured as partial presence information comprising less than a total of the presence information available for the presentity. The presence document having the partial presence information is communicated to the terminal requesting the presence information.

System, apparatus and method for providing partial presence notifications

A method, apparatus, and system are disclosed for creating a conferencing access logic. The logic is for allowing access to a conference in an internet protocol (IP) network. The invention entails establishing an allow list of allowed users, setting up a default policy applicable to unlisted users, matching listed users with corresponding conference rights, and assigning a uniform resource identifier (URI) to the access logic. The URI is for identifying and editing elements of the access logic, including the allow list, the default policy, and the conference rights.

A method and system of providing group management for IMS conferencing services involves creating side control channels for membership control services. The membership control channel can use Client Group Management Protocol (CGMP) or alternate group management protocols. The membership channel can use HTTP, SIP, or other transport protocols. A plug-and-play (PnP) for configuring security in a PnP architecture includes a security manager and a PnP device. The PnP device is adapted to send a device description document to a user entity. The device description document includes an address pointing to the security manager, and as such, the user entity is capable of accessing the security manager based upon the address. The security manager is adapted to authenticate the user entity, and it authenticated, to communicate with the user entity to configure application-layer security of the PnP device, whereby configuring the application-layer security includes creating an access control list (ACL) document for restricting access to a service of the PnP device. The multicast service announcements are stored in a cache. A service search request originating from the mobile device is received. A system and method for managing next hop addressing where multiple address schemes are provided in messages transmitted via a network. A predefined addressing policy may be applied to an incoming message if the predefined addressing policy includes a policy corresponding to an incoming address scheme of the incoming message. The incoming address scheme is converted to one or more outgoing address schemes provided by a location service in response to a location query. A plurality of outgoing messages is dispatched, each using one of the outgoing address schemes provided by the location service. A default next hop addressing operation is effected when the predetermined addressing policy does not correspond to the incoming address and when none of the multiple outgoing address schemes provides a useful result.
